Did lots of stretching today and used the balance board for awhile, then, sat on the stability ball and watched some TV. I need balance!

Judie, I want to write that guy as well that claimed the 6 week challenges. Jeesh. Great job on on the pull ups. I would exchange the Australian ones to baby's too. They seem to do a better job. Also great job on those bonus burns. Wow, is all I can say. Great job for this mornings BC.
Cheryl, I'm finely able to get some yoga in. Thanks to you and your inspirations. Great job on your nights sleep and Kick Max Time saver. It's OK to cut it a little short. You have to listen to your body.
