I am loving these workouts and the length of them are just perfect.
I did low impact HiiT 1 and abs 1.
This is my second time doing this workout. I really like using the mat. The music moves you along. The ABS 1 keep my heart rate up.
I haven't done any of the upper body weight lifting ones yet. I am looking forward to the burn.
