Ripped with HiiT December

Oh boy, so sore from yesterday's Back & Bi's workout! Today was Low Impact 2 and Abs 2. I used a 10 lb weight for everything instead of switching to an 8 for some. I also added Ruthless Lunatic Intervals because I'm going to the movies later and popcorn will be had! :)
 
This morning was HIIT Lower Body Circuit. I upped some of my weights and got an even better workout. I love that workout! Planned doubles is Low Impact HIIT #2. Catwoman--I think I am going to do the same thing--just use the 10 pound dumbbell rather than an 8 and a 10.

Sara--I love HIIT Upper Body premix 5 so much! I have managed to incorporate it into my rotation for the next few weeks! I am not following the rotation (though I am doing primarily RwH workouts for the next month or so)--but last week when I did no heavy weight work it "bothered" me--which seems weird. It was only a week! It felt good to get back to it yesterday.

Today was LIHI Legs. I upped my weights for almost everything and was really feeling it by the end. I also added on the barre bonus from Lower Body Blast because, well, maybe I'm crazy? Haha! I'm interested in trying premixes #5 and #6 for this one, although I'm wondering if #5 defeats the whole purpose of the contrast training. #5 does 4 strength intervals and then 4 HiiT intervals and keeps going like that all the way through.

Jen, I'm with you on the no heavy weight work bothering me. Last week just felt off without it! For the January rotation on the new calendar, it's mostly the RWH workouts, but on the weeks with the circuit workouts, Cathe throws in a total body weight day, like STS Total Body. I think I could go for that!
 
Today was Lower body circuit with abs #2 and also did Cathe live Kickbox and Barre later in the day. I too missed the heavier weight workouts when it was just the upper body circuit. I think in which ever rotation I do, I will be putting in one heavier upper body workout. I'll check with the live ones because I really like some of those.
 
Today is a Les Mills Combat day. This morning I did Combat 45 Power Kata and Core Attack. Planned doubles is Power HIIT 1.

I am so sore (again!) from Chest, Triceps and Shoulders. That workout is killing me! I have had severe DOMS both times I did it! Maybe next week after I do it, it won't hurt so bad!
 
This morning was Back, Biceps, and Shoulders. Yesterday I did LIHI Legs. The day before I just couldn't face Plyo Hiit so I opened up a brand new set and did Kettlebell Kickboxing Body Series: Cardio Lean 2.0 (sweat fest!) + Abs and Core (core burner!)

I can say that I'm definitely ending 2014 in a very good place. I'm at my lowest weight and size of the year (lost 3 lbs this month). I've reached my first weight goal and I never want to be any higher -- ever! I just may be at my strongest too. I began 2014 in the middle of 5.5 month STS rotation, did a month of Gym Style, tore my Achilles and took 2 months off, then Body Beast (mainly upper body), a month of XTrain, and now I'm in the 3rd week of RWH. It was a good year!

Great job with the awesome RWH workouts ladies! Let's keep hiiting it hard! :D
 
Today was Plyo HiiT 1 and Abs 1 with some Skinny Rules Yoga with Bob Harper also. Both of these Plyo workouts are so tough! After those one-armed burpees almost right into those vertical butt kicks, I was gasping for air like crazy! Now I will spend the rest of the day getting mentally prepared to do Chest, Triceps & Shoulders for the second time tomorrow. :eek:
 
Today was Chest, Triceps & Shoulders. Yep, just as hard as I remembered from the first time. I added a segment of Stretch Max afterwards, but I don't think it's going to help. I will be feeling this tomorrow!
 
Wanted to start with one of my fav workouts so decided to start the day with Tabatacise and just finished with Flex Train. Got way off schedule this week so I'll be starting fresh Sunday with my next rotation. Will probably so one segment of stretch max later to make everything feel better. Happy New Year All!!!!
