Today was LIHI Legs. I upped my weights for almost everything and was really feeling it by the end. I also added on the barre bonus from Lower Body Blast because, well, maybe I'm crazy? Haha! I'm interested in trying premixes #5 and #6 for this one, although I'm wondering if #5 defeats the whole purpose of the contrast training. #5 does 4 strength intervals and then 4 HiiT intervals and keeps going like that all the way through.
Jen, I'm with you on the no heavy weight work bothering me. Last week just felt off without it! For the January rotation on the new calendar, it's mostly the RWH workouts, but on the weeks with the circuit workouts, Cathe throws in a total body weight day, like STS Total Body. I think I could go for that!
