Lurkers Invitation For The Holidays

This morning I did Kick, Punch, Crunch. I was also able to do 25 pushups on my toes this morning.

Pam Good job on 40/20 and W&P Abs! W&P sounds interesting. Do you do planks with a weight on your back? You are right that 19 fullbody pushups is nothing to be ashamed of especially after reading about your friends. I am so sorry to hear that they and you are going through this. It is sad that it takes stories like this to really put our lives in perspective and realize that despite how bad we think we have it we are pretty lucky to be healthy.

Cheryl Sorry you had a bad night’s sleep and couldn’t get Intensity in! I had a night awhile back where I woke up starving and thought I could go back to sleep but it took me a few hours to get back to sleep. I think next time, I will just get up and eat a little something to shut my stomach up! Pets are the best but their vet bills are outrageous. Oscar has to go to the vet and stay overnight tonight so they can monitor his hydration levels. It is going to be sad coming home tonight and not having him there to greet me with his wiggle butt. Good luck with getting that urine sample! Too bad you just can’t take in the litter box to the vet!

Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone!

Cheryl Wow, that is strange waking up in the middle of the night starving  I know when I wake up like that and try to resist whatever it is I just end up like you - unable to get back to sleep forever. Hopefully you got a better sleep last night and you'll be able to try Intensity out tonight. You definitely need to have all of your energy for that one!
Oh boy, one of my cat's is supposed to have his teeth cleaned too. I was supposed to do it a long time ago and I keep forgetting so I need to get him in there. They can certainly run up the bills can't they?!
I think the kidney issues sound better than liver, although of course neither is good. Good luck getting that urine sample! :p It's great that he likes his potassium supplement. It sure can be a hassle when you have to give them something that they don't like!
The tree was still standing when I got home - HOORAY! DH got home and we got it all straightened and tightened. It was quite a hassle and took us awhle, but hopefully it's not going anywhere now. It has branches all the way to the floor and he didn't want to cut those off because he liked how it looked, but that was what was causing the issue because it doesn't fit in the stand right.

Julie OK, you are really showing me up with those pushups! 25 on your toes after KPC! Great job! I only made 15 on my toes this morning
For W&P abs, the first part is done with weights on your ankles and wrists and then the second part is done with your feet on plates and you do planks with different variations of pulling your feet in. It is very tough. The first part with the weights is really hard too. It's amazing how much harder those bicycles are with weights on your ankles!
Your right that it is sad that it takes a terrible story for us to fully appreciate our lives. Awww, sorry that Oscar has to spend the night at the vet tonight. I hope they figure out what is going on with him!

I decided to try and do the November rotation since I've had 2 false starts with it so far, so today was day 2 of the November rotation for me with pyramid upper body. I really love this one and am so glad I got it. Julie, I think you recommended it so thanks! As I said I was only able to do 15 pushups on my toes after that though - my upper body was fried! I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

Pam

Joey and I did the muscle conditioning on the Wedding video. He hasn't done that one and liked it. It was a high rep type workout, and very easy to follow. Yeah! Also took Rolly out for a driveway walk for 30 min. The dogs and I are getting more friendly every time. Just can't seem to get the third dog to see it that way. I even walk them to the end of our driveway and tell them nicely to go back home after they eat their treats and they do it. Cool:cool:.

Julie, It isn't easy to do a workout when you are tired and I think you are right about the push ups because of it. I'm very proud of you for doing them when tired.;) Can you get to bed a little earlier, maybe?

Great job on KP&C and 25 push ups. That is amazing to me.

Pam, Me too, would be a round ball if Christmas were more than once a year. LOL You are too funny!:) Can't wait for pictures to see your decorations. Especially the leaning tower of Pisa tree. LOL Great job on 40/20 and ab work and the push ups.

I am so sorry to hear about your dear friends.:( I agree, we are so lucky to be healthy. (((((hugs and prayers))))).

Good luck on the Nov. rotation. You can do it, don't be afraid to modify.

Cheryl, Insomnia by hunger. Couldn't win with that one. Intensity will be there when you are ready. Get some rest.:)

Janie

This morning I did High Step Challenge and boy was it a challenge all right. :p I think I was just drained of energy this morning because I had a really hard time keeping up. I donated blood yesterday so I am guessing that is what did me in. Hopefully, I can rest up tonight so I can work out at the proper intensity tomorrow. Despite being exhausted, I did force myself to do pushups and surprised myself by doing 25 on my toes. I didn’t think I would be able to do that many with being so drained and the fact that HSC has so many pushups anyway.

Pam Great job on PUB! That one is probably my favorite upper body workout. My arms always feel heavy as lead and wobbly as jello afterward which really makes me feel like I did a good job. Doing 15 p/u on your toes after that workout is something to be proud of in my opinion; so, give yourself props! Bicycles without weights are hard and my least favorite ab move. I can’t imagine doing them with ankle weights. Yuck! DH and I made it through the night without Oscar but I think Maggie is depressed without him. She was not her usual happy, snuggly self last night. Oscar should be coming home tonight and we should find out today if they are any closer to a diagnosis.

Janie Great job on your workout and getting Joey to try something new!! Now you will have a few workouts to rotate with him! That’s great news about the dogs! Don’t rush it with the third one. He will either come to you on his own or just be content with watching from afar. Hmmm! Going to bed earlier probably isn’t an option. I already go to bed at 7:30. I think my problem is that I am worried about Oscar and not getting good, quality sleep. I think once we figure out what is going on with him it will be better.

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Janie Glad to hear that Joey is branching out and trying new wos and finding that he likes them. This may be the start of something big! ;)It is wonderful that you are getting along so well with the dogs. I'm sure it must be a big relief not having the stress of worrying if they might be out there. The third dog may come around one day but could be very shy. Our neighbors have a dog that is friendly as can be when they are around but won't come near you and barks like crazy when they aren't. it's because she is afraid though and will run away if you try to approach her.
I didn't take any pictures of the leaning tree, I guess I should've but hopefully I won't get any other opportunities for that! We will finish decorating the tree tonight so will get some photos.

Julie Great job on HSC. That is one tough workout but I really love it. I don't think you are supposed to do intense workouts within 24 hours after giving blood are you? That is very likely the reason you didn't have much energy. Yet you still pulled off 25 push up ON YOUR TOES AFTER HSC! Wow! You are my hero :p Hopefully tonight you will have your sweet Oscar home and you will get a good night's rest. I bet Maggie was missing Oscar, it's really funny how you can tell their emotions. I hope they can tell you what is going on with him!

Cheryl I hope your week is getting better!
Helen I hope you are doing well!

This morning was Hiit 30/30 and no equipment abs for me. A little bit easier than Monday's combo but still a good challenge. Only 18 pushups on the toes for me this morning so I have a way to go to catch up with Julie! Have a great Wednesday everyone!

Pam

Well after a rough start to the week I finally did one of the premixes for Intensity this morning. That workout is named correctly. You really do need a lot of energy for that one.

Julie You are doing really well with your push ups. I can't do half as much as you can. Way to go. It was so weird to wake up starving but I guess I didn't eat enough at dinner. Next time I will get up to eat something so I can get back to sleep. I remember when it was affordable to go to the vet. Now our cats have their own back account where I put money in every month. We used to have pet insurance but I cancelled it because the deductible was outrageous. I hope Oscar is doing OK. It is hard when you have to leave them overnight. It does feel lonely without them though doesn't it. The vet said we could leave Tigger overnight and they would get a urine sample but I don't want to do that to him if I don't have to.

Pam It was strange waking up starving. Next time I will not resist and will get something to eat. Having a cats teeth cleaned does cost a lot. When we had Taylis's teeth cleaned last year it was over $400. They do cost a lot but they are our fur babies. At least Tigger is a good patient, Taylis on the other hand is not. I am glad that your tree was still standing. Post pictures when you can.

Janie Glad that Joey liked the Wedding video. It is good to do something a bit different every once in a while. That must make you feel much better that the dogs are much more friendly towards you. Don't worry about the third dog he will make friends when he is ready.

Have a great Thursday everyone.

Cheryl

Another different DVD by Cathe that Joey likes. Premixes from Basic Step called Upper Body, Lower Body, and Stability Ball Abs. (that's what we did today) Yeah! I now have 2 Firm DVD's, vol. 1 & 2, Wedding Video, Basic Step and Total Body Sculpting. All beginners or intermediate. We use heavy weight and I'm sure we are doing intermediate or low advanced workouts. So, 5 different DVD's is not bad at all. Love it, I'm in 7th heaven! Too rainy to go for a walk today. Poor Rolly.:( I had a lot of extra energy tonight so I also did High Step Circuit. Love it!

Joey will be in surgery again for taking out more skin cancer It's the not to worry kind, they cut it out and then it's gone). When I was giving him a hair cut he told me about another one he just discovered (In the laughing lines near his eyes, I felt a tiny bump). Man, they are popping up a lot lately. Had insomnia last night was so worried about it. He will go to the doctors and follow the same instructions as the others. What would I do without my Joey? Yikes! Prayers please?

Julie, Great job on HSC, not an easy one at all. Well done. Oh yes, by donating blood, that would make you very tired. Wow, 25 push ups on toes. That is so impressive. Nothing wrong in going to bed early at all. Being worried doesn't help. I've been worried about my Joey and has insomnia last night.

Pam, Can't wait to see your pictures of the decorating. I'll take it nice and easy on that doggy. I'm a lilly anyway and would have to do it that way. LOL Great job on Hiit 30/30 and the ab work. Well done. 18 push ups is a wonderful thing. You did fantastic!

Cheryl, Great job on the Intensity. I have to agree that it is named appropriately. LOL:D

Have a great evening and hug your loved ones and tell them you love them. Please.

Janie

This morning I did Imax 3 and some pushups. I really had to talk myself into doing the pushups after Imax 3. But I got them done!

Pam Great job on 30/30, abs, and your pushups!! I always find pushups to be harder after I have done an ab workout. I think you are doing great with your pushups. It took me a long time to get past 15 on my toes and it was just April of this year I could barely do 1 on my toes. I’ve asked the Red Cross before if I can workout after giving blood. There only guideline is that I don’t workout within the first 5 hours of giving blood. We did get Oscar back last night but still no news on what is going on. The vet wants us to continue watching him over the weekend and she is going to consult another vet next week. His problem seems to come and go which makes it even harder to diagnose because you never know when it is going to come.

Cheryl Great job on the Intensity premix! I can’t wait to try that one since it sounds like a goodie! I have really had to push myself to do pushups every day and force myself to do just 1 more every couple of days. Yes vets are expensive. We do have pet insurance on Oscar (and Maggie) but I haven’t turned in anything for his last 3 appointments. The insurance won’t pay until there is a diagnosis which we still don’t have yet. Once they diagnose him, we have a $50 deductible and then pay 20% after that. I understand about Tigger. It was so sad without Oscar the other night and just felt so much better when he was there with us. So if you don’t have to give up Tigger for the night, that is all the better.

Janie That’s great news that Joey found another workout he likes but I am very sorry to hear about his skin cancer spot. I will keep you both in my prayers. I know it is not easy but try to not worry. You guys caught it early and that is always good. With the way you guys take care of yourselves, I am sure you will be together for quite some time!

Have a great Thursday!

Cheryl I glad you got to try one of the Intensity premixes. That is some workout, huh? I really love how fast it moves, all of the variety and the fact that there are so many premixes that you can do it over and over without getting bored.
I have often woke up starving in the morning, but never during the night. You must've really needed to eat something! That is a great idea to have your own pet account. Vet bills can get so high and it can be haeartbreaking to have to make a choice based on the cost of the services. $400 for teeth cleaning sounds really high! Wow! I think it was $80 the last time I had my cats teeth cleaned, but of course that was a long time ago.

Janie That is so exciting that Joey is finding more workouts that he likes. Congratulations! And then you added HSC, wow! I guess you did have a lot of evergy. Great job!
I'm soooooo sorry to hear about Joey's skin cancer. {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} to both of you! I don't care what they say, anything with the word cancer in it is very scary. You guys will definitely be in our thoughts and prayers.

Julie Imax 3 and then pushup, I guess you had your energy back today! I can really relate to having to talk yourself into doing the pushups - I do that every day :p
Sorry to hear that you still don't know what is going on with Oscar. I know that must be really frustrating for you. Hopefully they will figure something out soon!

This morning I was supposed to do a 45 minute steady state run so of course I substituted something else. Since I just got my new Mindy workouts on Tuesday I decided to give the All Out cardio a try. I did the strength_ strenght Intervals and kickbox+kick box intervals. Strength is all done with a medicine ball. She has this little teeny one and I think I need to get one that size. my medicine ball is the size of a basketball so I couldn't do some of the moves she was doing with it because there was a lot of holding it in one hand and passing it around your body, under your knees, etc. It was still a tough workout. The kickboxing workout isn't really kickboxy. She says a number of times that she isn't a kickboxer and you can tell. It worked for me though since I'm not really a kickboxer either! I like how she has it set up. It has 3 sections and then each section has an interval section that goes with it. The total of the 4 sections that I did was almost exactly an hour. The other section is called jump and says you can do it with or without a ropeless jumprope. Huh? What the heck is a ropeless jumprope? I haven't looked at that one yet. It also has a ton of pre-mixes which is nice.
After that I did my push ups (after talking myself into them! :D ) I did 21 on my toes today!! That is an all time record for me so I was happy!

I took a couple of pictures of the Xmas decorations. I used my iphone so they aren't the best quality but here we go (the first is the outside of the house at night so pretty hard to see) Then I did some in the dark to try to see the lights and some with the lights on. Looks like I need to get a better tree photo!:

Well it is one of those weeks for me. I think I need a vacation. I tried to do 4DS Kickbox this morning but it just wasn't happening. It is getting really fustrating now. By the way did you guys notice that Jai has a new last name on the new DVDs. I thought she was already married or something happened and she is now single?????

Janie It is so nice that Joey is liking more workouts. That makes it more fun for you too. Wow I wish I had the energy that you do. High Step Circut is a good workout. {{{{{{HUGS}}}}}} for you and Joey. I know he will be OK but cancer is a scary word. Make sure he wears sunscreen even in the winter.

Julie Good job on Imax 3 and your pushups. You are doing really good. Your deductible is really cheap. Ours was $300 each for two of our cats and $100 for our youngest. We didn't have to pay anything else after that but also paying the monthly fee as well it was a bit much. I hope they find out what is wrong with Oscar soon. It is really hard when they are not there.

Pam Intensity is some workout that is for sure. I like the variety and the premix options. If I don't have much time I know I can still get a really good workout with one of the premixes. The teeth cleaning was expensive but it might not be so high for you. I find things in Canada are a lot more expensive than in the States. Ummmm a ropeless jumprope? You got me on that one. Good for you on your 21 push ups. I like your photos. Makes me think that I should be doing something around here.

Happy Friday everyone.

Cheryl

I did the Overall Legs premix from Butts & Guts this morning. I know I am going to be hurting tomorrow in my booty. Doing the floor work leg raises once is bad enough but then to have to do them again …! I also did pushups today and actually cranked out 30 on my toes (well the last one was more like ¾ of a pushup but I’m counting it)! I think I just had more upper body strength today than usual because I can’t imagine that happening too often!!

Pam Good job on substituting something you would enjoy for the steady state run! Workouts are supposed to be fun and enjoyable! Great job on your pushups too! You will be passing me in no time I am sure. Your decorating job looks beautiful. I love the lights in the windows. My guess is the ropeless jumprope is just the handles of a jump rope with no rope attached. I think I have seen some jump ropes that just have a small rope at the end of each handle but they don’t connect. Here is one from Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Power-Systems-Airope-Pro/dp/B003L7HGXI/ref=sr_1_2?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1291986568&sr=1-2

Cheryl Sorry you couldn’t get into your workout. I know what you mean by needing a vacation. I feel that way right now and am thinking about taking a few extra days off around New Years just to relax at home. Hope you can get back into the groove of things soon. Maybe just spend a week doing yoga and stretching might help rejuvenate you.

Happy Friday everyone!!

Good morning and Happy Friday everyone! I'm ready for the weekend!
Cheryl Sorry to hear that you are still in a funk. Maybe the weekend will help. Sometimes we just need a break though. Funny you mentioned about Jai's last name - I have never noticed any of their last names! I just know their first names. I know they flash it up at the end but I guess I've never paid any attention to it.

This morning was Body Max2 for me. The rotation had the upper body only but I did the whole thing since upper body only wouldn't be much fun. The weight work was really hard for me today though. My arms were shaking! I thought I was going to fall during the side planks I was shaking so bad! After that I was only able to do 14 pushups on my toes, but I was surprised I even did that many the way I was shaking. It's going to be a busy weekend as I'm doing a little birthday dinner for my sister tomorrow and then hosting our annual Christmas caroling party on Sunday. Should be fun though. Have a great Friday everyone!

Pam

I spotted another DVD from The Firm called Hi-Def Sculpt which I added for this mornings workout. Joe liked that one as well. I figured out what he doesn't like. He needs simple choreography. Now we have 6 different workouts that will last us two weeks and then we start them all over again. 3 from Cathe and 3 from the Firm. Yoohoo.

Julie, Great job on Imax 3 and push ups yesterday and Butts & Guts this morning and your amazing 30 push ups today, WOW!. Well done! Joe will have it cut out like the others and will cure him, but lately they just keep coming. It drives me nuts, can't imagine how he must feel. He most likely will out live me LOL!:D Thank you for the encouragement.

Pam, Me too, anything with the word cancer in a sentence is awful. He is a Cancer and even when I hear that I think of the horrid disease. Thanks for your support. Great job on Mendy's workouts, they sound really good. Maybe you good supstitue the little ball with a dumbell. 3 or 5 pounds? Todays's Imax 2, remember shaking is a good thing, means you are working very hard, well done. 14 push ups, hey, I think that is awesome! You amaze me with those push ups. Good job. You have such a lovely home and the decorations look so pretty. Your tree is gorgeous! Enjoy the birthday dinner for your sis, and hosting the annual Christmas caroling party. Sounds like a lot of fun.:)

Cheryl, What is it that's not happening? Modification is a good way to get to know a workout. Or is it life in general? Hang in there.:( Hmmm Jai does have another name, how a bout that! I wonder too, maybe she and our doctor son can get together.;) I'll make darn sure Joey wears sunscreen always. Thank you for the tip, it's appreciated.

Have a great weekend everyone,

Janie

Well I am on pee duty right now. I need Tigger to pee into the special litter box tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. Wow do I know how to party or what . On the bright side I did manage to get up this morning and do the cardio only portion of boot camp. It felt good this morning. Now if it just felt that good every morning.

Julie Wow 30 pushups on your toes. That is great. I want to take vacation between Christmas and New Years as well. If I can't take it then it will be May or June before I can get any vacation and that is just too long. Hopefully you can get some time off too.

Pam I hope the weekend will help but we will need to make at least one more trip into the vet (if I can get that darn pee from him). Then with housework and laundry it is Monday again (counting down to retirement....). Actually Jai's last name was one of the first things that I noticed. Good for you to get through the weight work even if you were shaking and to do 14 push ups too. Sounds like you are going to have a busy weekend. Have fun.

Janie You are really expanding Joey's workout library. That is good, I think doing the same thing over and over again gets to be too boring. This way there is some variety. I think it is just life in general. I really haven't taken to much time off this year so I think I need some vacation time.

Have a great Saturday everyone.

Cheryl

Julie Looks like our posts crossed again yesterday morning. How is your behind feeling today? :p Any trouble sitting on the toilet?! ;) I am totally in awe of your 30 pushups, that is just outstanding! I would count that 3/4 one too!! I don't think I will be passing you anytime soon!
That ropeless jumprope sounds really strange, I think I'll just pretend I'm holding something. Just another way to get you to spend money I guess.

Janie Congratulations on expanding Joey's workout options yet again. Hooray!
I started the Mindy workout with my medicine ball, but I ended up putting it down and just picking up an ankle weight which worked out ok. I did find a small 2 pound medicine ball online for only $6, so I went ahead and ordered it. I'll put it under the Christmas tree for me from Santa :D
Thanks for the compliments on the house and the Christmas decorations. The tree looks much better now that it's straight!

Cheryl pee duty doesn't sound like much fun, good luck with that! Sounds like quite the exciting night you had! Congratulations on getting your boot camp workout done, glad that you were feeling good!
I know what you mean about the weekend being a blur of chores and errands. I am counting down to retirement also.

This morning was Hiit DWP and stability ball abs for me. Once again it was hard doing my push up after all those pikes on the ball. I was able to do 18 on my toes though so I was happy with that. I hope everyone has a great Saturday!

Pam

This morning I did Step Blast. It was my first time doing it and it was a BLAST! I also did pushups and was at my regular 26 on my toes. I figured the 30 wouldn’t last long! After working out, I spent the rest of the morning cleaning, wrapping presents, writing out Christmas cards, and paying bills. Oh the joy!

Pam Great job on Body Max 2! I’m with you. I love lifting weights but just feel like my workout isn’t complete without cardio in there. Great job on doing pushups after BM2! That is pretty crazy in my opinion! Great job on DWP, stability ball abs, and 18 toe pushups! 18 after the stability balls is pretty darn good! Hope your busy weekend leaves you some time to relax!

Janie Great job on finding another workout Joey will do with you and figuring out what he needs in workouts so you can look for more. My DH will probably out live me even though he smokes, doesn’t exercise, and eats garbage. I always kid him about that but in reality, he still has all of his grandparents living and I only have 1 left. I tend think genes can make more of a difference than our lifestyle but then again, I am only speculating! I will keep you and Joey in my prayers as he battles his reoccurring c-spots.

Cheryl Great job on getting in some cardio this morning. I will be hoping you get your vacation in so you can rejuvenate! Good luck with Tigger and getting his pee. Try not to party too hard!! :p

Have a wonderful weekend!

It is so rainy the last few days. Jeesh! Dreary. Did The Firm High Def-Sculpt with Joey yesterday. He enjoyed that one a lot. We used heavy weight. Today I did a premix on Low Impact Circuit, all four of the blasts. That last blast I could hardly do even with modification, but it's done. Whew! I'm tired. You should have seen the sweat I wrung out of my headband. LOL

Attention: Would like to have your address so I can send you all Christmas Cards. I have Pam's, need Julie Cheryl and Helen. Just PM me OK?

Cheryl, So glad your Cardio this morning felt good. Well done. Poor Tigger. How is the training going? I did add just one more DVD to the other workouts, The Traveling one by Cathe. Joey already likes that one, but haven't done it yet, now I have 7 to work with. Yeah!

Pam, LOL, I have to agree on the jump less rope. I'd also rather pretend I Have a jump rope. I do have several though (jump ropes), and sometimes use them. We have high ceilings. Great job on Hiit DWP and stability ball abs. Great job on those push ups too. Wow.:)

Have a good one everyone,

Janie

Well I got my pee sample WOW HOO........
I was getting tired and wanted to go to bed so I brought the litter box and Tigger into the bedroom and shut the door. That way he could go when he needed to and I didn't have to worry about the other two. He woke me up at 3:30 a.m. using the litter box, so I got up and got the sample and put it in the fridge. I was really all day Saturday because I couldn't get back to sleep. Anyway we are waiting for the results. Hopefully it isn't anything serious.

Did STS Total Body yesterday. That is a good one but it sure does move fast. It was yoga this morning.

Pam I do know how to party don't I :D. I haven't got much done with the chores. I don't want to miss the call from the vet so I haven't turned on the vaccuum. I can't hear a thing when it is on. I need to do baking too but I don't want to get in the middle of something and find out I need to make another trip to the vet. Good job on Hiit DWP and the stability ball abs. Pushups are hard enough and even harder after doing pikes. 18 on your toes is really good.

Julie Isn't Step Blast fun!!! 20 pushups on your toes is really good. Don't worry you will get up to your 30 again. How is Oscar doing. Have you got any results back from the vet?

Janie With how much it has been raining lately and I glad it is rain and not snow. Can you imagine how high the snow would be . But I agree it is really dreary out. I will PM you with my address. I am glad that Joey is up to 7 workouts. Travel Fit is pretty good. I like to take that one with me when I travel. Tigger is doing well, he doesn't seem to be sick so I am hoping that there isn't anything too serious. I am just waiting for the vet to call. I hate waiting.

Have a great Sunday and Monday everyone.

Cheryl

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! This morning I did Low Max and, of course, pushups. I got 27 on my toes this morning. We had horrible weather yesterday. Extremely low temps mixed with high winds and snow. Still very cold this morning with a -9 wind chill. I think it is going to be a long, cold winter this year!

Janie Great job on the Firm and LIC premix! Modifications are a great way to keep moving without injury so kudos to you on that! I will PM you my address if you PM me yours!

Cheryl Great job on STS TB and yoga! I’m sure it is a relief to be off of pee patrol! I will be hoping that the results come back ok for Tigger! Still haven’t heard anything about Oscar yet. May hear from the vet today. His issue seems to come and go which can make it difficult to diagnose. I have this fear that we are spending all this money on testing and will find out that is just age-related incontinence. Oh well! Better to rule out everything to be on the safe side!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!

Julie I just love Step Blast. I think it's on my rotation for tomorrow too! You are just rocking with those push ups. Anywhere NEAR 30 is very impressive!! It sounds like you had a bus day on Saturday! I still haven't done Christmas cards and I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to. Hopefully this weekend.

Janie We had a dreary rainy cold weekend too. Ick! And tonight it is supposed to get down in the teens! That is unheard of. Time to stay inside with a blanket, a fire and some chili! Great job with your workouts. You know you had a good one when you are wringing sweat out of your headband! :D That is awesome!

Cheryl Congratulations on getting that pee sample! :p Of course the middle of the night isn't exactly when you would be wanting to get it, but glad to hear you don't have to worry about it anymore. Hopefully you'll get some good news from the vet.
I really like that STS total body workout. I couldn't believe how fast it seemed to go by!

Julie I saw a lot of that bad weather on the news, wow! The football game in Chicago just looked miserable with all that snow and cold. ICK! I hope this cold spell is brief but I am afraid it will be a long cold winter too :( I hope not!

This morning was supposed to be legs and glutes for me but I don't have that one so I subbed one of the STS plyo leg workouts instead. For some reason it didn't seem too bad. I'm not sure why because I was up late last night with the caroling party so I didn't have an over abundance of energy. Oh well, I'll take it. Then I did my pushups - just 19 on my toes for me. Maybe I will catch Julie one of these days! Tonight I have ladies night out  so tomorrow is going to be tough also. The good news is that I only have 5 more days to work this year :D I'm working through Thursday this week and then Monday next week and then off for 2 weeks! hooray! Have a great monday everyone!
