Hi Pam how are you doing?! Did you went to the beach?! If so don't forget to go shopping I know you wont:D So you did Stability ball abs?! Ok I know with one it is pretty hard , how did you do with the one leg supine(sp?) I know there is some days I can do 2 legs but not one leg YET!!! I'm not that crazy sore but I can feel that I've been working out, I can feel my legs muscles tide:p;)

SO today I went to get the MRI done first of all I got lost:( how? I don't know well I know i did not got the right directions and after all it was so easy to get there but the Gps took me for the long way.... so anyways I got it done now I have to wait for my Dr to get the report and see how I'm I doing I think its going to be ok I haven't have any more pain :confused::confused::confused:
I hope the Dr. don't fuss at me:confused:

Today I did DM its being a LONG while since I've done it... I did the regulars version I'm happy because last time I did I was having trouble with the 10# shoulder press... today that was SO EASY everything was fine of course I sweat like a hose but other then that it was nice workout..

Janie nice to know that you have been busy.I know the time goes fast 11 more to go and I'll go to Mexico.. yayayay !!

Cheryl you have been busy as well, cleaning and trowing stuff.. that's ok maybe finally we all 3 are doing the same dvd;).... we have coyotes and snakes:confused: One day when I was getting all the groceries by the garage door I walk over a baby one the first thing I thought was "I haven't buy any plastic snake toy I wonder were did they got this one" when I went back I noticed that it was moving OMG I was so freaked out, like crazy looking for the phone trying to get housing to come and get it I did put a plastic dish on top and a dumbbell so it did not have any way to scape... of course this happen when my DH was deploy:eek::confused: Ah and yesterday I drove over one on the road back from school but this was a big one, no I did not even stop to see if it was alive:eek:

Have for pre-workout you have a slice of bread with PB I know this is good for you energy and workout hard! I hope that is not the reason I gain weight ha!
Ok I hope everything works out for you and loose those extra pounds... I'm working on it too..
Pam half a pound is nothing 5-8 pounds there is a problem!!!

Pam It is early and sometimes it really gets to me. It makes it hard to stay up late on the weekends too. If I can sleep in past 5 a.m. on a weekend I am doing good. It wasn't sunny at all today, it was overcast and will probably be like that tomorrow too. Eventually it will get hot.....
It does seem like we live in a similar area. We don't have the land that you do but lots of wildlife. That would be a weird feeling to have 6 turkey vultures sitting on your roof. Half a pound isn't bad though it is annoying. It could be just water weight. If you weightyourself tomorrow morning you will find that you have probably lost it. I have the pineapple peeler. It works really good. We don't have pineapple that often either but it is sure handy. I have the prep bowls that come with lids instead of the pinch bowls. I use those all the time.

Janie My workout schedule is working for me even though I don't like working out in the evenings. It is hard to fit everything in. Sometimes I wish I worked closer to home so my commute wasn't so long. I find the trick to Pampered Chef is to have your own party. That way eveyone else will buy things so you can get things for free ;)


Euncie I hope that the MRI doesn't turn up anything. Do you know how long you will have to wait to get the results? We got rid of a few things. We should have started getting things ready earlier because I know we do have a lot more junk. Ewwww snakes.....I don't like snakes. I know we have them around here just garter snakes but I haven't seen one in years. They really freak me out. The slice of bread with PB is a good idea too.

Well it was STS Disk 23 Legs for me today. That was a good one and then I did the extended stretch.

Janie I love Susan Harris and the Firm volume 1. I don't have any other workouts of hers though, do you know if she has others? I hope you got that spot without rain to take Rolly out? How is he doing? Is he fully adjusted to his new home and is his new home fully adjusted to him? I know it had to be quite the shock for your cats, but most cats seem to figure it out pretty well!

There were a lot more pampered chef items I could've gotten, but I restrained myself. I already have so many kitchen toys that my problem now is where to put them all! I am really looking forward to the little pinch bowls.

Eunice Hi yes, I am at the beach. I hit the outlet mall yesterday and may go to a different outlet mall today :D I got my DH a pair of jeans but I have to take them back because they were made for a kid with no muscles in their legs! They are skin tight on his legs :p
Yes stability ball abs was tough and I could NOT do the one-legged pikes. Two-legged are hard enough! I did finally figure out a way to do them that doesn't cause pain to go shooting up by arm though . I have to lean on my knuckles instead of my palms.
When are you supposed to get the MRI report back? I'm glad to hear you aren't having any pain anymore so hopefully it will just be confirmation that everything is ok. DM all the way through is a great workout! I'm always happy to finish that section where you hold the stability ball though! 10 more days till your trip now, right?!
I grew up in Michigan and we didn't have any poisonous snakes so I was never the least bit afraid of snakes. In fact we used to pick them up when we found them. Then when I was in college I went to California for the summer and was walking down the road and the biggest snake I'd ever seen in person was sitting there. I thought it would be really cool to see such a big snake move so I stamped my foot to make him go. He didn't go anywhere but instead rattled his tail :eek: I hightailed it out of there and now I have no interest in going anywhere near snakes!

Cheryl It really stinks when you want to sleep in on the weekend and can't doesn't it? And then I can't stay awake past 10 o'clock :confused: I'm still hoping for some sun for you! We've been out of town for the weekend so now I haven't weighed myself since Friday. Of course we've been going out for dinner every night so the scale will most likely not be my friend on Monday morning!

Eunice you are tougher than me because I was still feeling that leg workout yesterday! Since we are at the beach I didn't get to do HST yesterday so I went out for a run instead. Running is my most hated activity AND I forgot to bring my ipod :mad: I went for 4 miles and it was so hot and humid that I looked like I had jumped in the pool with my clothes on when I got back :rolleyes: My face was still as red as a beat 45 minutes later too! No run today, I'll probably just get my exercise walking around the outlet mall :D I also found I'll need to be a little more careful with my sunscreen application today. I have a couple of spots that I missed yesterday :confused: Have a great Sunday everyone!

Janie It was a nice day yesterday wasn't it. We were outside almost all day and didn't come in until around 8:30. By that time I was so tired from all that fresh air I pretty much crashed. Stretching is really working for me although since I was so busy outside yesterday that I didn't stretch so this morning instead of doing Bootcamp I stretched instead. I had a knot in my lower back and after a few minutes into the warm up of Bootcamp I knew that it wasn't going to work for me this morning.

Pam I haven't been able to sleep in for at least 25 years now. I am hoping that once I retire (still a few years away) that I will be able to adjust so I can stay up a bit later and sleep in until around 8:00. I wouldn't worry about the scale, I think you are pretty active so you probably burn off all of those calories that you ate at dinner.

Well yesterday was a cardio premix from 4DS Bootcamp and Kickbox. That was a good workout and today was stretching.

Eunice Not long until Mexico. Are you getting excited????

Pam, Susan has two others, one is called Crunch Time and the other is Finding Your Core by Tracie Long workouts. All are wonderful!

Rolly is doing fantastic. He is 100% potty trained now, and not bothering the cats anymore, they all smell each other and the cats realize Rolly is part of the family. I did find that break from rain and also today was a little more difficult but managed OK. We got just a little wet.LOL

I looked at the little pinch bowls. They are cute!

Chery, (Catheite, YES!) Truly was a beautiful day yesterday. Wish we had more, but...:(. It's OK, I mostly like it. Just sometimes...

I'm glad you're stretching, there really isn't any thing like it to help with injuries and to prevent them. Good for you.

Cheryl Congrats on being a Catheite!!! I wonder when we become Cathletes? So glad you got a nice day and on the weekend to boot! It's great that you were able to take advantage of it and spend the day outside. I bet you slept great that night too! You're doing great with your stretches. I was loving the runners stretch after the leg workout last Thursday and then the run on Saturday. That might be my favorite stretch.

Janie I will have to check out those other Susan Harris workouts - antoher thing for the wish list :p It's great that the whole family is getting along now. I'm also glad to hear that you got those breaks from the rain and got some walks in. Hopefully you didn't get TOO wet :) My favorite pampered chef item is the hamburger smashing tool. I don't know what it's real name it, but I use it all the time. I talked 2 other people at the party into getting one too :D

This morning was double cardio premix from 4DS LIS/HIS. I'm really liking these premixes and this was a good one. Then I did the abs from LIS since I hadn't done any abs since Thursday. I was nervous about getting on the scale this morning but it was good to me :D That 1/2 pound that I had somehow picked up on Friday was gone despite the weekend of overindulging! At least most of the over indulgence was on seafood so I'm sure that helped. Only 3 days of work for me this week since we have high school graduation on Friday and then the graduation party Saturday so I will be very busy! Happy Monday everyone!

Did TBS with my Joey. He really does like that one and I can't convince him for now that he needs other workouts. Well, at least he's doing it, right? I'm not too worried yet. I'll also be doing PLB just because it's different to confuse my body and I need it. Will also take Rolly out today sometime (after I get back from shopping) and will walk in this glorious sunshiney day. Hopefully for an hour. It gets Rolly tired enough so that he won't try to play with the kitties. For some reason they don't like his style of play. They do tolerate him.:D

Pam, I looked at the hamburger smashing tool. Gives me a lot of ideas.;) I'm going to have to break down and buy the bowls and this tool. Looks too good to pass up. I'd have a party, but I don't have any friends around here.:( Oh well.

Your workout was a good one for sure. I'm so glad you lost the weight you wanted. Good for you. I'm just wondering though, if it wasn't other things going on. Our bodies do the craziest things.

Hi Cheryl Thanks me too I hope everything goes well I'm sure it will, yesterday I wore high hills and it did not hurt me like just a week ago... this Friday I have the Dr appointment.. good job with legs I hope you didn't need a cushion chair after doing that one!!!:p


Hi Pam long time I haven't talk to you, I missed you:p Did you got sun burn at the beach??! Last Saturday DH took the girls to the pool it was 107 degree:confused: so hot I didn't want to go that day I was getting ready to workout I pulled my workout clothes when I saw a spider falling of my top Haaaaa!!!! I almost die not in my clothes I killed her and showed to my DH he say it was a bad one I don't remember the name something brown ???? so instead of workout I clean the house I move everything in the girls room and clean, clean, clean, anyways after I was done my garage was so hot I couldn't stay for 5 min. I workout until Sunday I got up at 7am and get it done.

Its funny that you got the wrong kind of jeans for your DH skinny jeans did he try them on?! my DH call them girls jeans... my DD's boyfriend use them he's so skinny so my DH always tiss her and say go tell you boyfriend to get guys pants:p

For the leg pike Cathe has the video that it give you tips on how to do it I tried after I saw it and it really work.... Oh yes you don't want to be close to rattled snake that one is not a friendly one...

That running sound like fun!!:D Hahaha! Just because you say that's the most hated activity for you!!!



Cheryl... You need to come to California is soooo hot that I don't want to be outside:confused: I'm glad that you finally went outside for a long period of time... Maybe what you need is a good massage to help you with that knot in you back.... I know my DH say that I'm spoiled because for whatever it doesn't feel good I'll go to the DR, and she would give me PT, and he cannot get any:mad:

this week is going to go by so fast I know its only 3 more days of school and then I'll have all the girls at home I don't know how to take it if a good thing or a really, really bad thing, ok a good thing even when they fight and everything they'll be ok..and I'll be ok too.:D:confused:

Janie If your Joey is liking the workout then don't mess with a good thing huh? My DH is complaining now that he feels flabby and out of shape because his basketball league is over, but I can't get him to do a workout . I used to be able to get him to do the spin bike sometimes, but it's been a long time since he's done that! I bet the cats secretly like it when Rolly plays with them! I hope you enjoy those pampered chef tools!Im sure that the weight change was something else going on, my weight is like a roller coaster, you never know what that scale is going to scale. I have about a 3-4 pound range that I usually stick within, so I always start getting nervous when I'm on the high side of it :rolleyes:

Eunice I missed talking to you too! :D I think it's kind've good and kind've bad when the kids get out of school for the summer. It doesn't take long for them to get bored out of their minds. Bored - wow, I don't even remember what that feels like ;) There is just always so much that needs to be done.

I did get a little sunburn at the beach, but only in the spots that I missed with my sunscreen :rolleyes: I guess I'm out of practice with putting it on since it's been awhile! Wow, you went from being too cold to go to the pool to 107?! I like heat, but that is REALLY hot! Was that spider a brown recluse?! If so, you are lucky it didn't bite you!! Those are supposed to be very bad bites. I don't like spiders at all :confused:

Oh yes my DH tried on the skinny jeans. Boy did they look funny on him! They were SO tight! :D I think he would definitely agree that they are girl jeans! I am going to have to check out that video of Cathe doing the pikes. Does she have one for the levatation holds too? That is another one that I just can't do for the life of me! :rolleyes:

Oh the running was terrible. And to top it off I forgot my ipod. My DH told me to download pandora on my phone to play music and he gave me his headphones. They kept falling out of my ears and then Pandora stopped working after the 2nd song :mad: This was just not a fun experience!

This is going to be a very busy week! I have a hair appt tonight (VERY Important! :p), we have a concert tomorrow night (Styx, Foreigner and Kansas), my In-laws are coming on Thursday, graduation is Friday and graduation party on Saturday! I hope I can get all my workouts in! I have to put my schedule together to make sure I get everything done for the party. Last I checked there were 70 people who had RSVPed yes Yikes! :confused: I guess I will be putting my MIL to work! This morning I did Push/Pull. I agree with you Cheryl, that was a pretty easy one. If I have time tonight I may do a Hiit because I don't feel like I got much of a workout with that one. It may be tough though with my hair appt and I have to go do my shopping for the party tonight since I did to start prep tomorrow! Now I need to get to work. have a great day everyone!

Today I did 50 min. of MMA Fusion. I like that one!

Eunice, Good job on the double cardio premix. You are so good!

Total Body Sculpting (TBS). It's fun, but I need lots of variety, so when we get done with the workout I add my own to it.:D

Our darling cats don't hide anymore from Rolly, instead they hold their ground. They also have moments of smelling each others noses and such.:rolleyes:

Pam, True, with Joey, I don't want to mess with a good thing. I wonder why men complain about getting flabby and after you invite them to join in with exercise they don't. Hmmmm, women do that too. Anyway, I just don't get it.

I have a feeling you are right about the cats. They swipe at him every now and then, but I do think they like him. LOL:)

Do you weight yourself everyday? I use to, but it just ruined everything for me, seeing all the fluctuations everyday. Got too involved with the numbers instead of looking at the whole picture. I weigh when ever now. As long as I'm near my weight goal, about 10 pounds give or take a few, I'm fine with that. I can also tell it in my clothes.

It does sound like you will be having a very busy week. Oh, but it sounds like sooooooo much fun!

Well it was a very busy Monday for me. We were looking at new vacuums this weekend and we wanted to get a Dyson so the store we were at said that they had a kit with more attachments that we could get for free if we purchased the vacuum but it was being held for another person. They said that if they did not come and pick it up that they would give it to us. So Monday after work we went out and bought a Dyson and got our free kit. WOW......I was impressed and disgusted at the same time at what it picked up. I had just vacuumed on the weekend but when I did the floors again with the Dyson you could make two more cats with the amount of hair it picked up. I knew our other vacuum was on its last legs but I didn't realize just how bad it was. So after we got all of that done it was too late to workout. Another reason why I hate afternoon workouts....... But I did get an hour long walk in over the course of the day and stretching in the morning. This afternoon I did the Total Body premix in Drill Max. That was a pretty good one.

Janie Glad to hear that Rolly is fitting in better with the cats. We had a nice day here today did you as well. It looks like the rest of the week is back to rain :( I love the hamburger smashing tool as well, I think it is call a Mix N' Mash. It works really well.

Pam I have no idea how many posts you need to become a Cathlete. Maybe a few hundred??? Yep I did sleep really good Saturday night. That fresh air really does help. The stretches are really helping though I was sooo tired this morning I didn't do it:eek: I really like the double cardio premix from 4DS LIS/HIS. See I knew you would lose that 1/2 pound. Wow 70 people for the party. That is a lot of people, hopefully you can have it outside. The boy across the street will be graduating as well. He had his dinner last Saturday and I think the ceremony is this weekend. It is a busy time of the year. Enjoy your concert, a blast from the past with the bands.

Eunice When you can wear high heels you know that things are going well. They can really let you know what hurts. Spiders I don't like either. I usually get one of my cats to get it for me. We only have the harmless one here nothing that would hurt you. Noooo 107 degrees is way to hot for me. I like it around 75 degrees. That is perfect for me. Today was nice but we will be back to rain again for the rest of the week. No I haven't really done anything to fix it I go to bed early because I can't stay up late so I do get my 8 hours. The really fustrating thing is even if I do happen to stay up late like to around midnight I still wake up at 4 or 5 a.m.. When I retire I can try to change things around. I am still a week ahead of you and Pam but I am leaving for Ottawa again on Sunday so at least Pam can catch up to me. I am doing the 8 week rotation. Your vacation will be lots of fun. Do you leave this weekend?

Janie Yes I do weigh myself everyday. It seems to be my best method for keeping my weight under control. I worked out at the gym every morning for years and always weighed myself then. When I found myself starting to go up a little I would immediately make adjustments and keep things under control. When I stopped working out at the gym I also stopped weighing myself every day and my weight gradually crept up without me realizing it. It was so gradual that I didn't notice a difference in how I looked until one day I was looking at vacation pictures and could really see it. I got on a scale and was surprised that I had gained about 8 pounds. That was the motivation I needed though - I took off those 8 and the other 5 that I had always been wanting to lose but never really worked hard enough at it and now I weigh myself every day.

Cheryl I like to shop, but I don't think vaccuum shopping sounds like much fun ;) Your new one sounds pretty impressive though - wow! It's amazing how much hair those cats can shed isn't it?! Too bad you weren't able to get your regular workout in, but you still got that nice long walk.

We are hoping we can have the party outside as well. We've rented some tables and chairs and if not outside then we will set them up in the garage which should work out pretty well also. Yes, the concert tonight will be interesting. I felt old though when I was telling my hair dresser about it last night because she hadn't heard of them! :rolleyes:

This morning was MMA Boxing. I was trying to decide if I would sub something else in instead but I went ahead and did it since I have only done it once before. It was ok, but still not one that I'll reach for often. The ab section is good and I did the heavy bag bonus after. I don't have a heavy bag, but it still gets my heart rate up when I put on my weighted gloves. I don't know what I was thinking when I said I might do a Hiit last night! We finished dinner at 9:30! I was really mad though because I was supposed to have a call at 7:00pm. I still had a lot of shopping to do but realized I didnt have the callin number and my computer was out of power :mad: So I rushed home for the call, got on the phone and he never showed! So I wasted all that time rushing home and waiting on the phone for nothing. Then I still had to go back out and do the rest of my shopping :mad: I think I have pretty much everything I need for the party now, so the mad preparations can begin. Eunice What's happening! How was your day yesterday? I saw you did Push Pull, how was it? Kelly Kelly where are you? have a great day everyone!

Cheryl, Oh! I'm drooling over a Dyson vacuum cleaner. That will be my next one for sure. My vacuum is old but still in very good shape as far as I can tell. Just can't justify it another one yet. Darn:mad:. I want a Dyson so badly.

Good job on your long walk and stretching and TB premix from Drill Max. Those are all great workouts.

Pam, Oh, I love the MMA boxing. Maybe you'll get use to it in time. It sure makes exercise interesting. Doesn't it? I especially like the heavy bag bonus. I want more of that type of workout.:)

I know how frustrating it can be waiting for a call or another person to show. I feel your pain. ((hugs))

You do know your body. I've done as you did, and weighed myself everyday and made sure/tried not to gain. Most people do it that way, I think. It's a sure way to keep on top of everything. Just remember there are fluctuations of gaining and losing all during the day everyday. Sometimes (you probably know this from experience) you are heavier one day and not the next. I use to hate seeing a 3-5 pound gain when on my period. That drove me nuts. Anyway, it seems you found a way that fits you and that's all that counts.

Stacy never get tired of being out side playing, she wants to go to the pool every day, Rachel is more calm but if Stacy bother her then we have trouble, Brandy its going to sleep until late every day, if we go to the pool she doesn't want to go... so its going to be busy and crazy summer I know that!!! Believe me you're not missing anything:D

70 people OMG what are you cooking that's a lot of food that you have to get ready.... Last year when my DD graduate my Father-in-law did the cooking we didn't have 70 people though I hope you have your glass of wine ready for that one:D


Hi Janie is this one one of Cathe's workout?! I don't think I have this one. Your doing good though working out with Mr Joey and then doing your thing. I liked the Drill Max that is one that I have to grab more often. But my favorite one is MMA:Fusion its a hard one with all those jumps and tucks but a fat burner ha! that's what we all want!;)

Hi Cheryl I'm with you busy this last week of school too... WOw that vacuum must be a good one if I pass that one in my house probably I get enough hair to make a wig hahah!!! yeah with 5 girls in this house:confused:
At least you don't have little ones trying to get your attention while you are holding a heavy dumbbell or trying to survive any high intensity workout .... that happen to me on Saturdays because everyone its at home:eek: Good Drill max ha!

One time I went to see a Dr. for my knee he ended up giving me something for sleeping those pills are sooo tiny and I only needed half of it the name is AMITRIPTYLINE 25mg pretty good ones I don't know if you need prescription for this one maybe you do, you should ask to your Dr. for this ones I don't take them any more but I still have some left just in case, but when DH is home I don't have any trouble going to sleep;):confused:
I know when I get back you and Pam are going to be way ahead my self.

Pam yesterday I did Push and Pull I was thinking about you and Cheryl that you guys say it was an easy one, I was thinking on changing it for super sets but I worked out after noon and my garage get pretty hot so it was perfect choice push & pull.
Today I did MMA:Boxing another easy one, its ok not to hard one all those drills easy to learn, were I did had trouble was on the core part... Can you guys do the one knee in go back?! I don't know if you guys know witch one I'm talking about, not the swimming back the first one.... anyways that was the hard one .
Its that annoying or what they just make you loose your time and gas I hate when that happen... I hope it did not mess with the rest of your day!
I didn't get to do the bonus heavy bag workout but I did 5 sets of:
12 swimming kettle bell
12 pull ups(with the chair assistance)
12 box jumps
12 push ups
I did it on 15 min.

Janie Do you have a heavy bag or do you do that one without the heavy bag too. I think the bag would be a lot of fun, but I don't think I can really justify the space/cost. I'm not sure I'll ever grow to love MMA boxing, but it is nice for a change of pace once in awhile. I do like MMA Fusion though. I do know there are fluctuations, but when the scale fluctuates up it still makes me nervous! I still get the once a month 3 or so pound gain even though I don't get the period anymore :confused:

Eunice The prep has begun. Yesterday I put dry rubs on all the meat and now I have 2 big briskets on the smoker. They will cook all day and tomorrow I'll do the pork. I guess your girls better watch out for that belt of yours :p I think it's so funny how they hate school and can't wait to get out and then within a week are bored to tears! It's great that Stacy loves to be outside. We used to have to force the kids to go play outside because all they wanted to do was watch TV and play video games. Then one time I went outside to find the youngest sitting on the steps playing his Nintendo DS! Not exactly what we had in mind when we pushed them outside! :rolleyes: My DSD is a late sleeper too so we are lucky to see her before noon! I was thinking about you during the concert last night because the lead singer for Foreigner was wearing VERY skinny jeans! His legs looked like little toothpicks :p
I am making texas brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, rolls, cookies, brownies and cake for the party - whew. I'm hoping to have most of it done today and tomorrow so that Saturday won't be too crazy. We shall see about that though!

You and Cheryl are cracking me up with your stories of hair in the vacuum. Maybe you can send it to the gulf to help clean up the oil! I read that Petsmart was sending pet hair down to use for the clean up. We said we could just send out two cats and let them swim around.

I trained the kids early that I am to be left alone when I am exercising. They know that they better not disturb me unless there is an emergency. One time right in the middle of IMAX2 my DSD came in to ask me if I was going to want any pancakes :confused: Pancakes are about the LAST thing I want to think about during IMAX2!!! I guess they considered that an emergency because they had made pancakes and wanted to finish them, but wanted to make sure I didn't want any first :rolleyes:

I can't imagine working out in the hot garage - UGH! It does sound like Push Pull was the perfect one for that. Instead of hot yoga you can start a new trend of hot Cathe! :p I can do that ab work in MMA Boxing, but I'm sure glad when it's over! It sounds like your bonus workout was a good one too!

Your trip is getting so close but we will miss you :( I know you will have a great time with your family! We just made plans to go to Mexico in January :) Our friends son is getting married in Riveria Maya so we figured what the heck! This will be more than a mini vacation too!

This morning I did disc 23 legs. I really like those tri-sets, but I'm always happy when the third round is finished. I had forgotten that she slipped those calves in at the end too. It was a good workout! The concert last night was SO much fun. We had great seats, it was outside and it was beautiful out and we had a nice dinner tailgate before the show. We missed Kansas completely though because they started at 6:00 and that was just too early for us to get there and get our dinner eaten. Foreigner was really good though and Styx sounded as good as they did 25 years ago. It was so funny seeing those guys with all that long hair - I kept saying Waynes world Wayne's world because that's what they looked like. Anyway, I need to get moving now on my prep work. Time to make a cake. Have a great day!

I have the punching bag is not the same that Cathe is using but it works pretty good...
I know today the summer begun woooo! no, not really I'm just kidding if they knew what I've being saying probably they'll get mad at me:confused: but nooo we're going to be busy getting ready to move, The grandparents have plan a great 2 week mini vacation for the girls.... so we all be sane:D
Today I had to force Brandy to go to the pool with her sisters she is the drama Quinn! hahaha! then I'm not the only one with sleepy beauty at home:D
I'm glad you had fun last night! Did you took any pictures?! I love concerts too but I've been only on 2 concerts so far of course my favorite one Aerosmith Yayayay!!! that was fun the second time I went I was getting recover from my knee surgery, my DH bought the tickets as a present he wrapped them flat in a piece of cardboard I was soooo happy.... but then that January I got the knee surgery I went to the concert with crutches:confused: so funny and nooo we did not had the best seats:p:p

When I'm working out only with Stacy she doesn't bother me but with everyone in the house its really hard to concentrate whith them being so loud!

I like the tri-sets as well, last night I printed the workout to see how heavy I should be using today I went a little bit heavier this time the only one I dropped the weight was with the low plane lunges:confused: those were killer ones but it feel good afterwords..:D

OMG its taking me so long to write because I'm watching the opening of the World Cup:p Woooooohoooo!!!!!!!!!! tomorrow Mexico its going to play in the morning I have to get up early to workout and then see the game.. Tomorrow I have appointment for Brandy's passport and after that my DH say that we can schedule our airplane tickets and plan everything from there!!

Well we had a team meeting yesterday and they brought in lunch. It tasted really good but it didn't agree with me and then I told hubby to make burgers for dinner and they really didn't agree with me. It was Imax 3 on tap for yesterday......I got through the warm up but my tummy hurt so much that I wasn't going to go any further. So I was in bed by 7:00 doubled over:mad:
I was much better in the morning and this afternoon I did STS Disk 12 Legs. I really felt my back with that one.


Pam I weigh myself almost every day too. It does seem to help keep the weight in check for the most part. No vaccuum shopping isn't a lot of fun but we really did need a new you. What was really scary about the cat hair is that I had just vaccuumed with our old one and the new one picked up so much more. My hairdresser is young too. It is funny when you are explaining things and they just don't get it.....it does make me feel really old. But I can relate to the bands you saw. My favorite was Styx followed by Foreigner. I still haven't done the heavy bag workout yet. I will have to give it a try one of these days. I hate it too when you make an effort to be somewhere and the other person doesn't show or in your case call in. Did you ever find out why he didn't call in? That is funny about the cat hair. We have lots that we could send down, but I thing they will need a lot more than that.....what a mess.

Janie The Dyson is awesome. We thought that if we were going to get another one we wanted it to be a good one. Since I am travelling again for work my travel allowance paid for it (or will pay for it). That was the only way we could afford it.

Eunice I was amazed at everything that vaccuum picked up. And here I thought I was keeping the house quite clean LOL. It would drive me nuts to have people bothering me when I was working out. I sometimes have one or two of the cats in my workout room so I have to be careful not to step on them. For some reason one of the them likes to lie right beside my step when I am using it :confused: It don't have any problem going to sleep it is just my body clock telling me that 4 or 5 a.m. is my wakeup time.
Ottawa is another work trip. It seems that will be a lot of people that I know there this time. We are all going to get together for dinner on Tuesday. I am hoping to do some shopping.....we will see it is suppose to be rainy there too. 5 more days to go......that is so exciting for you.
