Lurkers Invitation 2010

Happy Wednesday!
Thanks for the birthday wishes! :)

Pam, Yeah, I'm with you - I think the repetitiveness in Insanity would get to me as well. I think my next investment will be the STS cardio, it looks awesome.

Hi Cheryl! I do bring my lunch, and really, even when I don't, I'm actually pretty well behaved. I have breakfast and generally lunch down pat. My weakness is the snacking, the extras that I don't need. And trying to find yummy/healthy dinners that Thomas will/can eat. It's difficult finding that balance sometimes.

Hi Janie!

This morning was LoMax. What can I say besides love that one. It gets the heart rate up without killing the knees.

Have a great day ladies!

Hello Miss Pam Ok I have to say that the guy was half ton but still to me thats a ton 1036 pounds.
Yesterday when I did PH I knew that Cathe was going to use 10# because I saw your post but you just have to love it and challenge your self to go heavy ok maybe 20# was a lot but I did my flys with 15# the one's almost kill me were the bench press I think Cathe use 25# I did use 30 and I almost die but hey! we have done STS for a reason doesn't? so were supposed to be strong:confused: at least that's what I get into my head..
Kettlebell's, don't get me wrong you can get a good workout with them its just this particular dvd that I don't like it, I've learn the basics with her but I need someone more motivating then her, I don't have money right now but there its one that I would love to try.

Kelly your right some times we need a Little remind:confused:
I do have Insanity Its not choreographic its more drills, sporty kind, we repeat 3 or 4 rounds, whew!! the workout are short but hard ones, yes you can modify if you need but you just have to give your all.. mind over matter If you don't mind, it doesn't matter:p

Janie at least you Joey like to workout, I wish my in-laws get in to.....shhh don't tell them:D they are still young but they never got the love for it....
Hahahaha how funny what Pam say about her husband not be able to hear women's voices!!Hers.. Mine its the same:eek:
Yesterday I went to the PT my ankle its not 100% heel yet I need to see the doctor again because one day its good the next day can be painful.

Cheryl I hope you feel better today.. Imax 2 its one of my favorites ones I'm glad we have that one in our calendar :D I know when you tired there is nothing hat can keep you up, yesterday I worked out, wash my car, cook dinner do errands and I thought that I was going to be sooo tired, surprise!! I couldn't sleep well:confused: so witch one would you rather to do ploy legs or disc 20?! hehehe!!
Charyl maybe that's what you need "vacations" you should if you can!

Pam I'm not surprise if you are planning your vacation over all you are Miss Vacation:D I see so you change your workout this morning, I was so ready to do it but I don't think I'm going to workout today my ankle its cranky, instead I make in appointment to see if I can get an MRI because the therapist say that she need to know if I torn something or not so she can work hard on me:confused: ouch! I imagine that its going to hurt...
Beside last night I couldn't sleep I was watching "dancing with the stars" last night was the finale it was from 9pm to 11pm  I got hyper I think so every dance it made me happy and excited I just couldn't I was dreaming with the dancers all night

So I guess tomorrow I'll get back to normal, today I'm going to take it easy I'm going to do some laundry, dusting, mapping, still I have a lot to do, I don't want to seat all day babying my pain! not happy today!!!
I hope everyone else get to have a better day than mine!!!!

Kelly It's funny when I'm in the office I don't snack at all, except when my stomach starts growling and I need a snack. I always bring some kind of fruit for my morning snack because I can never make it til lunch time. And I have a giant bowl of chocolate on my desk at all times. I'm known as the chocolate lady! But when I work at home I snack all day long. It's definitely a boredom thing because I don't do it on the weekend. But there is something about sitting in the home office and being so close to the kitchen and the pantry
Great plan on taking your tennies to work and walking at lunch. I'm always looking for those little ways to get in a little exercise. I park at the back of the parking lot so that I get a longer walk and always take the stairs at work. When I'm folding laundry I always use my bed as the sorting spot and I space out that piles so that I have to keep walking around the bed to put things on the right pile

Eunice SO SORRY to hear your ankle is acting up again  Good job on PH yesterday though! I was mad on the chest flies because I couldn't finish them all with the 20's so then I felt cheated. I guess I could've rewound and done them ALL with 10s  1036 pounds, YIKES! I just can't understand how it's possible to get so big. It sounds like you had quite the busy day yesterday!

I forgot to tell you that we cancelled our mini-vacation that we had scheduled for last weekend. My DH decided he wanted to get some projects done at home. He put up the transom windows that I made last year  and this cute little towel holder that I bought 2 years ago! I think you are smart not to do a workout today if your ankle is bothering you again. You need to take it slow my friend!

So you are dancing with the starts now huh? I love to watch really good dancers but I have never seen that show. Of course I can't stay awake until 11:00! We record the 24 series and every time we watch one I fall asleep before it's over so then I have to go home the next day and watch the last 15-20 minutes to catch up with my DH  It sounds like you are going to be plenty busy today even if you aren't doing a workout!

TTYL, Pam

Pam Can any man hear woman's voices LOL.....only when you call them for dinner.....
I don't have any vacation planned just yet. I normally take two weeks off in May but because I was changing jobs then I didn't think it was a good idea. I am hoping that I might be able to take two weeks off in July or August. We have one cat that likes to sleep on my feet the other two like to be on either side of me. Talk about being boxed in LOL. They know who to bug to get fed don't they......

Kelly I think you will like STS cardio. It doesn't have the intensity of some of her other workouts but sometimes it is nice to do something a little easier. Getting healthy snacks can be tough. Do you get the Clean Eating Magazine? It has lots of ideas and meals plans as well. I gave up on yummy/healthy dinners that my husband would eat. He just doesn't like to eat healthy at all so now I make a healthy dinner for me and something that he will eat. I can usually get him to eat chicken cooked healthy but veges....you can forget about that  I go for a walk every lunch break no matter what the weather is. I find it really helps me in the afternoon.

Eunice Sorry to hear that you are still having problems with your ankle.
Ummm which one would I rather do disk 20 or plyo legs.........I think plyo legs. My legs hurt like you wouldn't believe after disk 20 :D
Sometimes if I am too tired I have a hard time falling asleep...go figure. Maybe it is the same for you.

I did STS Disk 9 Legs tonight. For some reason I was still really tired so it wasn't a really good workout. At least I did it though. The weather here has been so dark and dreary that it might have something to do with how I am feeling. SUN I need SUN.....

Have a good Thursday.

Cheryl

Kelly Happy Happy Birthday to you! I hope you have a fabulous day!

Cheryl I don't think any man CAN hear women's voices except when it's convenient for them! I do hope you get your vacation in in July or August, I think it's important to get that time to rejunenate! Eunice will not be surprised to hear that we have another mini-vacation scheduled for next week. Every year the weekend after Memorial Day my husband goes to Myrtle Beach for 4 days of golf with a big group. I am supposed to go with him, but might stay home to get ready for the graduation party the following weekend. I hate to miss a few days in Myrtle Beach though, so we're just going to play it by ear at the moment. How funny that your cats like to box you in! They are so funny. But yes, they definitely know who feeds them. My DH tells me it's my own fault that they wake me up because I have trained them to expect their treats first thing in the morning. They completely leave him alone in the morning until he is awake and sitting up drinking his coffee. I hate dark and dreary! I hope you get your sun very very soon!

Kelly Cheryl is not talking about the Hiits or CCC when she says STS cardio doesn't have the intensity of some of the other workouts - they are over the top intense!

Eunice How is your ankle doing? Did you get your MRI scheduled? We need to get you healthy!!

I did STS Disk 29 plyo Legs this morning. Wow, the sweat was just pouring off me! Sometimes I would finish a set and then try to figure out if that had been a plyo segment or a weight segment  My face was still as read as a beat after I had showered and dressed and was leaving for work! I agree with Cheryl though that I don't think my legs will hurt as much tomorrow as they did after disc 20 last week. This was a good leg workout but a lot more cardio emphasis. The long weekend is almost here! Hooray! Have a good day!

Pam

Will being doing 40/20 and yoga and walking Rolly today. Not all in that order.LOL

Eunice, Take it easy on that ankle and give it time to heal or you may injure yourself again. You don't want that.

Yes, I just love it when Joey and I workout together. One of the highlights of my day.:)

Pam, Sounds like a finishing project weekend. Good for you guys. I bet the towel holder and window looks great.

Cheryl, We need sun too, and I do believe that makes a difference on how we feel. Good job on your workout.

Kelly, Happy Birthday! Oh, I do love LM. Good job!

Pam, That is one tough workout, you did a great job.

Have a really nice day everyone,

Janie

Hi Janie I will I promise:D but you know me, I have to do something if not I feel really bad! I don't feel happy I feel like crap:confused: you got that one right I don't want to Ree-injure that would be bad... The PT girl give me the green light to workout only if it hurts STOP it doesn't hurt right at the moment of working out it hurts at night when I'm done for the day:confused:
That is a good combination, its your DH doing 40/20?! and walking with Rolly-Polly nothing better than that:p :)

Pam, Sounds like a finishing project weekend. Good for you guys. I bet the towel holder and window looks great.... sorry that you're not going with your DH to Myrtle Beach:( but I think getting ready for the Graduation Party its going to be fun too... I don't know about you but for my self some times its sooo good be all by my self:D I don't need to go any were just being along some times is good enough..... Pam I bet you can find something to do all by your self;) but who knows maybe all workout just fine and you can go, that beach is waiting for you..
Yes I agree I need to get better soon, the Dr put the order for me to get the MRI sometime next week I'll found out when, were, and all that stuff, for now I have to keep going to the PT.
Be careful when you are doing legs hahaha sometimes in the confusion you might workout the same leg Lol!! you're legs don't want that:p;)
Hooray---- Booohhoo I don't like long weekends its nothing to do here everything its a long drive... maybe my DH take the girls to the pool if the weather its not crazy! I would love to go to San Diego I have to talk to my DH we have free ticket to Seaworld its really hard because is 4 hours going down and 4 coming back so even when is fun is pretty tired:confused:

Cheryl you right about that guys only can heard what they want... I hope you get to have your vacations July or August I'm sure you'll have fun anytime:D I was thinking today about the Olympics and you I did not know anything about it anyways to late..... I was watching Dancing with the Stars, there was Evan Lysacek when it first began I wasn't all excited about hem but by the end of the show I was crazy he is so cute, American figure skater. He is the 2010 Olympic champion... did you got to see hem?! he was in Vancouver I don't know I wanted hem to win but he didn't:confused: Oh well!!!
Today I feel I lot better, we'll see tomorrow and I don't think I would do plyo legs probably I repeat disc 20:confused:
Today I did the LIC from yesterday workout I'm glad it was one of the premixes it was good I think I'll change the leg for tomorrow..
have a good day everyone

Hi Kelly I hope you are having a good time... and remember to behave don't drink to many margaritas Lol!!! JK TTYL!:p

Kelly Happy Birthday. I hope you had a fun day. And Pam is right Hiit and CCC is pretty intense. I think I blocked it out of my mind LOL.

Pam Hopefully you can spend a few days in Myrtle Beach next weekend. I give our guys their treats in the evening after dinner. They will mill around me while I am doing dishes just so I won't forget about them.

Janie, This lack of sun is really getting to me now. Back east is really having a heatwave right now. I don't want it that hot but.....(what does the sun look like again......LOL)

Eunice Sea World sounds like it would be fun. But to do that drive in one day wouldn't be. I didn't see Evan Lysacek skate. But I think he was the one whose costumes were really over the top. That was the talk of the Olympics at one point. I agree that you shouldn't do plyo legs until your ankle gets better. You will still get a good workout doing another leg one.

Well I tried to do the cardio premix from Drill Max tonight. I don't know what is going on but I couldn't even finish it. I used to be able to do this one from start to finish. Jeesh I turn 50 and everything seems to be falling apart. My whole body is so sore too that it is hard to even do the moves. Well I think I need to take some time out and really concentrate on the stretching and see if that helps.

Have a great Friday everyone.

Cheryl

Janie How did that 40/20 go? I think Yoga sounds like the perfect thing to do after that workout to help stretch everything out. I took some pictures of my new windows, towel holder and my latest bowl, so I'll post those. My sink is still not slumped! She said that the mold that she has to do it in only fits in one of the kilns, and it's the only thing that will fit in there. Plus the bowl that I just picked up uses that same mold. They said to come back in a week and hopefully it will be ready  Now I have 3 projects waiting to be slumped. I also bought some supplies to make a few things in my kiln this weekend.

Eunice I know it's frustrating when you can't work out :( but you definitely need to take it easy. It'll be much worse if you re-injure it! We're still playing it by ear on the beach next weekend. I have the party to get ready for and yes, I enjoy being home by myself too. Not all the time, but I do like it when DH has the occasional business trip. I don't worry about cooking, I get caught up on Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice and rent chick flicks!
My legs don't feel ANYTHING like they did last week after disc 20! I have a little DOMS in my quads, but I only notice it on occastion. Static lunges are the ones where I sometimes get confused about which leg I worked already  so now I just make sure I am working the same leg that Cathe is so I can tell by looking at her! I would LOVE it if I could go to San Diego, but you're right, that is a very long drive.

Cheryl My cats are so funny. One of them will just sit quietly in the mud room waiting for his treats. One morning for some reason I had to come do something in the kitchen first and then I got busy and forgot to give them their treats. My white one (Butters) kept coming in and looking at me and then walking back out to the mud room until I realized what had happened. The other one was just sitting there quietly waiting. When they need water in their bowl they just sit in front of it until someone notices them sitting there :) They are crazy.

It sounds like you are in need of a rest week! It has nothing to do with turning 50 (I hope!)

I hope everyone has a great Friday!

Pam

Cheryl I don't think age has anything to do with your workouts, when was last time you took a week off?! so maybe that's what you need a recovery active week, take it.. You'll feel like new, I'm trying to picture your dark days, once in a while it could be fun.. you get to cuddle on the couch, watch a movie, drink some soup... once in a while:D
We have crazy weather as well its supposed to be Summer doesn't?! well today is so Windy, cold, nothing like going to the pool and I have a little fish named Stacy that every day she wants to go to the pool she doesn't feel the cold water.... she is like Pam(she say it was the same when she was a little girl) purple lips shaking a little bit, but that's it she is having fun:confused:

Hi Pam that is so true, I don't worry about cooking when hes not home that's my mini-vacation Hahahah!!!:D
And get this one this morning my DH was telling me about taking hes leave hes planning on taking a Month off:confused: I'm like w-h-a-t- what I'm going to do with you at home for that long?! funny Ha! not really...
I'm kind of sore too but my whole body is sore my forearms, back, gluts, I don't know why? I think I workout while sleeping... so funny while sleeping one times in the morning I woke up with my pant around my neck!! Lol!!! that's funny!
I do the same thing you do when I workout legs..
SO how was your workout today?! I know you don't like kickbox and I think that's for today. I can't believe I'm still here sitting down I haven't workout yet and now I have to wait until Stacy's get home..
I won't do kickbox ether, all the shuffle thing up-set my upset ankle:mad: so maybe I'll do tomorrows workout instead.

Hi Janie & Kelly!!!

Have a good day everyone!! :D

That's funny, I came on to just chat and forgot to talk about my workout! I did the MMA kickbox even though they aren't my favorites. I'm getting to like it a little more. I wore my 1lb weighted gloves and the ab work is really good. I was a little confused because the rotation said MMA Kickbox+abs. I assume that we weren't supposed to do more abs but she was just saying to include the ab workout that is on the disc. It said 60 though and that one is 53 with the abs , but that is what I did.

A month with your DH at home?! Yikes!!! That would be hard :D Is he good at entertaining himself?

I also said I would post my photos but I forgot so here they are:

This is the blue one I posted a couple of weeks ago after being fused but before being slumped.

bluebowlfused.jpg

The red bowl I picked up last night when I went to class. I made it 3 weeks ago and it just got slumped.

redbowl2.jpg

The next 2 are my transom windows. I made those last year by hubby put them up last weekend.

Pam I really like your plates and the window glasses that's so cool... and I took a pick of your kitchen that's nice!!;):D

Yeah! he is good at that if not I'll grow more gray hair:confused: He is a gym guy he can spend a lot of hes time doing that, weird I'm not use to him around the house helping that just feel weird , I feel like hes mad but he said hes not:confused: beside during the period of that month I'll be gone and after that my in-laws are coming looks like they are taking us for a little go away... to a Lake, and Grand Canyon for a few days.. they're pretty good when they come I don't usually cook, my father-in-low like to cook outside or go some were, so I'm glad its not all by him self all that month if not I'll die :D:p

Ok I took a chance and did the kickboxing dvd, it wasn't that much shuffle so it was good! I'm glad you are starting to like them I was thinking about you when I was doing it and hoping that you like those workouts...:D:p
the MMA:Fusion is my favorite so far, todays MMA:KB its second place!!

Pam Are you sure we are not sharing the same cats LOL. My cats really let me know if I have forgotten their treats but if we accidently shut the closet door on them they will sit there and wait for us to realize they are missing and let them out. So now whenever we go out we have to do a count to make sure none of them are locked up anywhere. Another thing one of mine does (he hadn't done it for a while so I had forgotten about it) is to turn on the bedroom light. We have a touch light beside the bed so he uses his nose to turn it on a wake me up, which happened around 5:00 this morning  I love your bowls too. They are unique and it is nice to know that no one else will have the same ones.

I think your are right that I need a rest week. I just did some yoga this morning trying to stretch out my muscles. I think I will do that for a few more days and see how it goes. This will give both you and Eunice a chance to catch up with me. Yeah your're right it has nothing to do with being 50:rolleyes:

Eunice I can't remember the last time I really took a week off. So for the next few days I am going to be doing just stretching and yoga. Once in a while dark days are fine unless they stretch into weeks and then months. It is going to rain again this whole weekend and it looks like the rain is going to stretch into next week as well (sigh). Your Stacy is so funny wanting to go to the pool when it is cold. I really don't think kids feel the cold like we do.

Hi Janie and Kelly

I hope all of you enjoy your long weekend.

Cheryl

Eunice It sounds like you have a busy month for your DH's month off, so hopefully he won't be in your hair too much! :p My DH likes to go to the basement and just putter around. I don't know what he does down there all the time, but it keeps him busy!

How is your ankle after kickboxing yesterday? Hopefully it is good. I also likd MMA: Fusion the best of those 3 and Boxing is my least favorite. I've onl done that one once though so I may need to give it another chance.

Cheryl That's so funny that you have to count cats when you are leaving! And if your cats are like mind the second a closet door (or any door that is usually closed) gets opened they rush right in. It sounds like yours might be smarter than mine though - they would never be able to figure out how to turn on a light! They haven't even figured out that they can push a door to make it open more. If a door is open only partway they will sit there and wait for someone to come open it so they can get through

Hopefully your yoga and rest week will get you feeling good again. If you can't remember the last time you took a week off then it sounds like you definitely need it!

Yesterday afternoon we went to the lake and I had a big CRASH  I went headfirst over my ski, came completely out of my ski, smacked my thigh and chest and neck really hard and came up seeing stars. The crash pulled the pony tail holder right off my head. I was really worried that I was going to be major sore today but I'm not bad at all :D I immediately took some ibuprofen, rested for awhile and even skiied again. That was the worst crash I've had in a long time (maybe ever) so I'm glad to be feeling pretty good today. Just had abig headache this morning but it's gone now. I did High Step Challenge and was dripping wet. I hope everyone has a great Saturday - Hi to Kelly and Janie!

Pam

Cheryl that's good news you feeling better after yoga!! you really need all the stretching and deep breathing believe it or not our body needs to get new deep breath:D awe aawww!!! If you don't remember that means it was a long time ago.
Ok I agree with you if the rain, dark days, cold days stretch into weeks or months that's not fun at all:confused:
I'm so excited next week pree-k its having a graduation:D my Stacy love those things, I got her a new dress she is so happy and counting the days till, she just feel so special that day and I love it:p:D I'll take lots of pictures to share!!

OMG Pam I hope you are feeling good after that crahs.... when I was reading that you smacked your thigh chest and neck, I'm thinking my self "Oh no that is a big crash I hope she went straight to rest" But NOT you went back to skiing again":p and workout today HSC its not an easy workout  ok your strong my friend I admire you I thought that I was stubborn but you win!!!! I'm sorry I have to say that!!! I really hope you feel good!
So really there is not excuse for me NOT to workout when I have being feeling like poop:confused: why?! I don't know... yesterday I was trying (without knowing) to fight with DH for no reason... I look my self in the mirror and I don't like what I see:confused::rolleyes: I think I need a makeover hahahahaha!!!

Ok after this I"M GOING TO WORKOUT! my ankle its feeling good:D it was a little bit sore last night I took motrin and went to sleep... so nothing bad rally.. DH its working today so I'll be home along with the girls until tonight, I have bad new though I'm going to cook Honey-Garlic Ribs Its been a while since I did there sooo good!!
Tomorrow we are going to adventure and go to Sea world since there is no school on Monday, we are going to try to leave at 5-6am so we get there on time and we have some time to enjoy;) it doesn't matter what time we get home, Monday the girls get to sleep in.
So after all It wasn't to bad the long weekend.;):D
Ok everyone take care and Pam don't go to skiing again at least only for today:p TTYL!!

Pam Yes closets are their favorite. I don't know how he figured out how to turn on the light but he did it again this morning. He will turn it on and then look at me and it's like he is saying "So don't you think it is about time you got up". Oh they push open doors all the time to.
That crash sounded painful. Glad to hear that you weren't too banged up. It can be like hitting a wall when you crash. Water isn't really that soft is it.

Eunice The yoga seems to be helping. I don't seem to be as stiff and sore. It is raining here again today. We bought a new BBQ yesterday but there is no reason to put it together since I'm not going to stand out in the pouring rain to BBQ. Yes do take a lot of pictures of Stacy's pre-K graduation. It is so much fun for them. They never had that stuff when I was growing up it was just your grade 12 graduation.
Those Honey Garlic Ribs sound really good. If you have been eating healthy it is fine to indulge once in a while. How was your workout this morning? Did your ankle hold up? Enjoy Sea World tomorrow.

Hi Janie and Kelly.

Have a great Sunday everyone.

Cheryl

Had family over this weekend and will have dinner at my Monique's (another daughter) with Cody (another grandson) house this evening. I know we will have a great time. Did not exercise at all this weekend so far.

Eunice, Oh no, Joey can't do that sort of thing. When it comes to choreography he is very challenged and won't do it. So we do STS, TBS or something without the frilly dancing parts. I however, love it, and do them when he's done exercising and when he's on a trip. ;)

Listen to your PT girl and enjoy your workouts. You are truly a hardcore exerciser.

You might want to visit the Hardcore thread that FitnesFreak is in. They also do a lot of exercises. I guess that's why they call themselves "Hardcore". I use to chat all the time there, but I just couldn't do as much workouts as they do. They are wonderful women and very motivating.

Cheryl, I know what you mean about not enough sun. LOL

Don't take time out! But do include more stretching in your routines. It's natural at about 50+ to feel just a tid bit of aging coming on, but you can fight that. It might take just a tiny bit longer to get results, but heck, if you exercise the best way you know how to do and eat healthy, then it's good. It also may have been a sleepless night, or what you ate/drank the night before, or maybe a cold coming on...you have nothing to worry about. Keep up the good work you are doing.

You know, there is a woman that is on the "Hardcore" thread that is near 58, and if you look at her pictures she provides in her blog, it is very inspiring. Look for WD, she's amazing and with a personality to boot.

Pam, I loved 40/20 and you are right, the yoga was perfect that night. I slept like a baby. Can't wait to see your projects.

Eunice, How ya doing? Our weather is not so great either.LOL:confused:

Take care everyone.

Janie

Pam, Great job on those workouts, even though they are not your favorites, but are growing on you. Sometimes to get our bodies in better shape we have to do that.:D Proud of ya.

My Oh My! Those projects are so beautiful! You did a fantastic job on them. WoW!

Eunice, You are going to love the Grand Canyon! What Lake? Great job on your workout.:)

Cheryl, Also I think aging is a mind thing. You are doing great!

Pam, I bet that was so scary crashing like that! HSC? After a day of crashing? You are good. I'd be sympathizing with myself. Just goes to show you what our bodies can endure. Wow.

Eunice, Enjoy your workouts, and I'm so glad that your ankle is better. Watch out for those ribs though. LOL:D

I've been to Sea World, it is fantastic! Enjoy!

Cheryl, Keep up the good work.

Have a great day everyone,

Janie

Janie I don't know about you but for us this has been a really crappy weekend weather wise. It just poured rain yesterday and today even though the rain held off for the most part it was still overcast.
I did just stretching this weekend. My back feels better but I can still feel that my lower back is still tight. It was just an overall bad week. I weighed myself this morning and I put on 8 pounds in a week  I know it wasn't one of my better weeks for eating due to my birthday but WTH.... happened here. I still didn't eat that badly:mad:
I will stretch tomorrow morning and see about doing some cardio in the evening. Hopefully that will help.
I will check out the woman on the Hardcore thread. I need some inspiration right about now.

Hi Pam, Eunice and Kelly. Hope you are all enjoying your long weekend.
