Walked fast with Rolly for about 45 min. yesterday. Most likely will rest today. Having company over as well for lunch.

, In time, I hope Rolly will stop chasing the cats. It seems he's less and less doing that. Fingers crossed. He's about done with potty training. It was really easy with him.

Pam, Making the curly cues sounds so cool!:cool: Do you think you can take some pictures of you at work doing this someday? This is so amazing to me!

I love to do HSC too. It's very challenging still, but love the feeling after it's over. LOL:) Hope your shoulder gets better quickly. Sounds like it might be healing nicely though. Take care of it.

Eunice, Your breakfast looks absolutely good to eat! And your Stacy is adorable. what a doll baby!

Congratulations on Step Moves! It is an enjoyable step workout, I have to agree with you there.:)

Pam, HSC does make you feel sore the next day. But, that's good. You went skiiing too yesterday? Wow! No wonder you are so sore. I'm very impressed. Sounds like a fantastic day by the lake and all. Yet you had time and energy for Wii dance game. Hmmmmmm. Where do you get your energy?

Joey bought us a Wii something or another, I'll have to look at to see what he got. I'm hoping some kind of exercises.;)

Today was Power Hour and yesterday was Step Moves. Power Hour I hadn't done is a really long time. I did feel it though. It is nice doing rotations that someone else has put together because you do things that maybe you wouldn't put in the rotation.

Pam You are so lucky that you can sleep through your night sweats. I really don't know how you can do it......I am jealous. I am hoping the patches will help. They didn't have them in stock (apparently this is not a common prescription) but they will get them in on Monday. I will pick it up after work tomorrow. Step Challenge is on for me this week. This is one I haven't done in a while. Be careful of your shoulder.....don't overdo it.


Eunice If you downloaded Debbie's rotation there aren't two workouts in one dayl Take another look at it. There are days where you will do cardio from one workout and abs from another. 6:30 is a great time to get up. I do that every Saturday and Sunday (actually it is 6:00 that I get up). That is sleeping in for me.

Janie I hope you had a nice lunch with your company! I'm not sure if we will make the curly cues again, but if we do I will take a picture. This isn't something that I would be able to do at home since you have to have a special kiln with a hole in the bottom. I agree, the best part of the really tough workouts is the feeling of accomplishment that you have when they are over! Where do I get my energy? From Cathe I guess!
There are a lot of really fun Wii games. We did a canoeing one at one of our neighbors houses and I've heard that Wii fit is pretty good too. I don't play them very often, but the dancing game was a lot of fun.

Cheryl I like Power Hour but it's a toughie (it seems like I say that a lot :)) I think that is on the calendar later this week. I like doing someone elses rotations too. I tend to get stuck in a rut with certain discs that I like. I also had almost never done any of the premixes and those are like having a new workout. I have no idea how I sleep through those night sweats either, but I'm not complaining! I hope your patches help. I have been babying the shoulder - if it starts bothering me at all I put down the weight. I definitely don't want to make things worse.

I started off the first day of the get ready for summer rotation by subbing in a different workout. She had the step part only from SJP and cardio only pre-mix from Cardio and weights. I love SJP EXCEPT for the step part and while I don't mind the step in C&W it's very repetitive. It was 60 minutes of step so I did step works instead. It's a fun one that I haven't done for awhile. I'm am still sore all over from the weekend workouts and skiing. We skiied again yesterday but I'm not as sore today as I was yesterday so that's a good thing. I can lift my arms over my head, but I might scream a little when I do :p I hope you all have a great Monday!

Pam, Oh, the dancing game on Wii sounds just about what I'm looking for and the Wii fit. Thanks for the suggestions.

Sometimes modifying higher or lower/or changing workouts is the best thing to do for yourself. Especially if it modivates and continue on with the workout. You did good, Very proud of you. Since you are so very active I do suggest more stretches.

Debbie I see you are a lurker here. I just want to let you know that I am enjoying your get ready for summer rotation. However I kinda fizziled out at the end with the Boot Camp circut upper body this morning.

Hi Debbie I'm glad you're here, I want to download you rotation in to my calendar but I don't see it... I see one that is under Shanihib (Shani) but I don't think this is yours because this one its only 4 weeks long and I know your its 8 weeks long. A few of us its planning on doing your rotation I love the way you put them together, I've done some of your rotations before and I love them... I still remember the first time I post a question for you:confused: ("My shoulders") I want them to pup up but I guess that's the body part that I'm going to have to work harder even after 3 years of working out constantly:eek: but I'm getting there...
Oh yes! you should go to one of Cathe RT she is going to Texas in October... You'll love it. Cathe its the best!!!;)

Today was the cardio only premix from Low Impact Step. I had the sweat drippin' off of me at the end.

Pam I get stuck in the rut too. Debbie has a good rotation and it makes me do workouts that maybe I wouldn't do on my own. I like the premixes and it does make it feel like a totally new workout. I like the step part of SJP, Step Works is one I haven't done in a while either. You had a very active weekend with your workouts and skiing. Good for you.

Janie How is Rolly doing? Is he getting along better with the cats? MM is a tough one. I had that in my rotation last week and it had been a while since I had done it, oh my.....

Debbie Post here whenever you like. You are always welcome here. Boot Camp was a killer......ummmm I'm not sure that I loved that workout.:D

JanieToday was my MM day so I'm a day behind you. It is a good one. Still can't do the lateral raises, but everything else is fine. You're right that I need more stretching. It's the part of the workout that I enjoy the least but should try to make myself do one of the extended stretches every week.

Debbie We don't mind the lurking, I must admit that I sometimes urk on other checkins too :D

Eunice You're right, the version of the rotation that I loaded into my calendar is only the first 4 weeks. It looks like it is correct, just not the whole thing.

Cheryl Were you able to get your patches yesterday? I hope they help! How is your kitty doing with his haircut, is it starting to grow back? It seems like their hair grows very slowly!

So as I said earlier I did MM this morning. I just got it for the March rotation so that's only the second time I've ever done it. It's a good one! I dreamt last night that I went to my fusing class this week and dropped my sink on the floor and broke it!!! I was glad to wake up from that dream. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

Pam how did you like it?! Muscle max its a good one, but OMG after we did the flies it was hard to flip over to do push-ups:confused: my arms were shaking.. I notice that when I was doing back my leg were shaking, Why ?! I have no idea but that new it never happen to me before:p .. Sorry to heard that you're shoulder still not good, I hope its not a bad thing, have you think about going to the doctor?!
The rotation I got in to my calendar its missing a day every week that's why I thought it was wrong like for tomorrow I don't have anything but I now its Step blast.
I hate those kind of dreams:mad: but glad that that's what they are DREAMS":D



Ok so yesterday it wasn't a good day for me I worked out in the morning did the premixes from C&W and SJP it was good after that I iced my ankle and I don't know why but then I got so tired:confused: I went to watch one of my recored show and I was falling asleep, so easy to fix I went to take a nap!! weird.... I know for a lot of people its not weird (DH) but for me it was because I used to W/O and get ready to do stuff, I just hope I don't get sick:confused: Today I had a dentist appointment I got home late and workout everything looks good today. Sooo lets see what the day bring:p today!! Have a good day everyone!

Pam I was able to get the patches yesterday. It seems to be helping a bit. Not so many hot flashes today as before. Our kitty loves his haircut. If he would only learn that if he allowed me to brush him everywhere and not just his back he wouldn't get mats. The hair is starting to grow back but it is slow. That is OK though since it is getting warmer here. Well at least it was only a dream and you didn't really break it.

Eunice I have days like that where you workout and then watch something on TV and fall asleep. Your probably just tired and not getting sick. Hopefully your dentist appointment went fine. I hate going to the dentist.

Today I did STS disk 29 Pylo Legs. I was so glad when I was doing the air jacks knowing that was the last exercise :).

Eunice I like MM but I agree, it's so hard to do push ups AFTER doing flies! UGH. And those were the really slow 4 counts down/4 counts up! What is going on with those shaky legs of yours?! Hopefully that was just a one time strange thing. I haven't really thought about going to the Dr for my shoulder because it does seem to be gradually improving. Every time I go to the Dr I get mad because they just tell me you just need to give it time to get better. My rotation isnt missing a day every week, but it's only the first 4 weeks of the rotation. I'll have to look and see if someone has already posted the 2nd 4 weeks.

Sorry to hear about your bad day on Monday. how was yesterday? I am not usually a napper but some days your body just needs it. My husband likes to take a really short nap after working out all the time. It seems strange to me, but it always makes him really tired. I'm like you, I finish my workout and go do everything else. I went to the dentist last week. I hate to go, but at least I don't have to go again for 6 months.

Cheryl Glad to hear that the patches seem to be helping. Hopefully they will do the trick for you. I know that I am useless if I am tired. My cats are the same as yours. They would love for you to brush their backs all day, but don't touch me anywhere else with that brush!
Oh wow, plyo legs. Those are such tough workouts, but I didn really enjoy them. it is great to know when you are on the last exercise though :D

Cheryl, When sweat drips off of ya, you know you are doing a good job working out ;)

Rolly is doing very well, I think he is potty trained, and only one accident since I got him. What a sweetie pie he is. He is getting much better with the cats. No more chasing. That's is wonderful. :)

Pam, How's the stretching going? Do you like to do Yoga? Stretching should be done at least twice a week. It's hard, but oh so worth it, and protects you from injures.;)

OMG! Dream or not, Check on your sink and make sure it's safe!:rolleyes: Still would love to see a picture of that one for sure.

Great job on ST. Yes, I'm busy with Rolly, but these days I just don't know where the time goes. I can't believe it's mid week already. Sorry for not catching up with the posts. I'll do better.:eek:

Cheryl I know but yesterday was a good day, it was fine the dentist appointment it doesn't bother me at all, now tomorrow I have to take 2 of my girls too.. Now that school its almost over I don't have to drive every afternoon to go pick up my daughter and I love it.. so I just go out once a day that's good;) I know I'm a lazy one, only for today that I have to go to the store and return a pair of sandals that I got for Stacy , the already riped and she wore them only 1 day.
Lol!! I know today I was doing Step Blast and at the 3rd round of the challenge I was "are we almost done?!" glad to that that was the last round but then I felt good and went for 4DS Low Intensity step:confused: it was good.

Pam I wonder why mine does?! I think the problem with my shaky legs its that I haven't really work them as hard as I use to before I got hurt! so now they reveling:p but they better caught up with the upper body.. suckers"
Glad that your shoulder its improving, I know when you are ready to kick some booty and one of your body parts its not responding that its not fun at all... tel me about it:p Lol
I did manually download the rest of the workouts in to my calendar I will work out only until Jun 15/ my airplane takes off after midnight so that day I will have time to workout and when I get back my in-laws are coming for a week or so.. so maybe my schedule its going to be off:confused: and after that I don't know when its that my DH its going to schedule TMO ohhhh geez its going to be a pain on my butt:confused::eek: Oh well.

I did Step blast it was fun and hard at the same time but I did it and I did all the plyo jumps and knee tucks woohoo! my ankle its getting better. So after that I add 30 more min of step from 4DS I know I'm crazy that way:confused: sooo I'm so ready for a shower and we have NO water, why?! I don't know but I hope it does not take to long because I sweat so MUCH that when my daughter saw me, she was Yuck"
I'm cooking the recipe that Cathe has on FB Fruit Omelet pancake, I hope its good;) I will let you know how was it.

Wow we have 50 pages already!! One day my DH saw one of my long post and he say "Wait.. did you write all that? How long did it take you to write that?! Funny he still believe I'm not fast enough to type:mad: and I say when I write I think in English I don't think in Spanish so its getting easy:D
 
Eunice, Glad you managed to download workouts in your calendar. Where are you going on June 15th?

Having visitors or family over does kind of crimp your workouts sometimes, but if I know you, you'll figure it out.

Step Blast if a tough one for me. You did really good with it! Then you added more stuff, you are crazy girl!

How was the fruit omelet?

Rolly is great fun, and we both are having such a good time together.

I can't believe we are into 50 pages. Wow.

My girls are so jealous they want a dog really bad, we cannot have one here now but I hope when we get to the next place we can have one:D

And no still no water yet!:confused: I haven't take a shower I know I stink:eek: good thing my DH its coming home late today.... its like he have never ever see me dirty before Lol!! he doesn't care:confused::eek:

Janie On the sweating topic, my gauge of a really tough workout is when my shins are sweating while I'm stretching! :p That is a sure sign of accomplishment! How nice that Rolly potty trained so fast and easily! And he's already not chasing the cats, good for him!

No I hate yoga, it feels like such a waste of time to me. I know it isn't, but I don't feel like I've done anything if I don't sweat! I think I need to start doing one of the extended stretches from STS on my rest days and go from there. At least I'm not skipping the stretching at the end of the workouts anymore though...

Oh yea, that dream was terrible! I go back to the class tonight, I'm hoping that my sink is no longer a flat disk and that they were able to get it slumped this week. I will definitely take a picture.

I'm with you on not knowing where the time goes! It seems like there is always more to do than there are hours in the day!

Eunice I was surprised when I saw on FB that you did the LIS from 4DS instead of Step Blast, now I see you did them both!!! Don't you go re-injuring that ankle! You must have been feeling VERY good. I get like that on the days that I work at home - I don't want to leave the house at all. If I was planning to go to the store I start digging around to figure out what I can make for dinner without going to the store. It's pretty funny.

That could be it with your shaky legs - they haven't been having all of this activity for awhile. mine were shaking this morning too, but that was because I was doing STS disc 20 :p I think my schedule will get a little messed up too because my oldest SS is graduating from HS on the 11th of June and my in-laws are coming for a few days to stay with us for graduation. We are also having a party for him on the 12th, but it isn't til 5:00 so hopefully I will still be able to get my workout in that day. Your trip is approaching quickly now1 I know you must be getting excited for it! What is TMO? I don't mind the dentist too much either when I'm just going for a cleaning, but his hygenist is very chatty, which is difficult when she has her fingers in your mouth :rolleyes:
I can't believe your water problem, I hope it's fixed now! If not you will be REALLY smelly by now :p

Our kids are always asking for a dog too. We just are gone too much to have one right now with both of us working full time. They have THREE dogs at their mother's house, so you would think that would be enough :rolleyes:

This morning I did disc 20 legs. It is one of the tri-set ones with all of the paper plate work and one-legged sit and stands and then the killer calf work at the end. I think I will be sore tomorrow! TTYL, have a great day!

Pam I'm with you, I don't like yoga that much either I have only one disco though not to to much to pick from, the one I have its from P90X is 65 min long and that one make me sweat a lot no kidding and holding the poses for a while for sure will give me a muscle burn, but I don't do that one it does not fit in my calendar is already full:p...
Did I put on FB that?! I though that I say that I did both... oh well:p Step blast its not to hard only in last segment when we do the challenge I felt pretty good doing the jumps my ankle did not bother me and thanks god it does not hurt right now... so that its a plus, LIS its not that crazy in intensity that's why I picked it..
We did not got water until 7pm I went straight to the shower:eek: Me too I start thinking what can I do with out going to the store, yesterday I couldn't go but today I have to leave the house, dentist appointment with 2 of my girls so its going to be a long day... Its funny that the hygienist is very chatty and she wants you to talk back when she has her fingers in your mouth :rolleyes:
Sounds like one way or another we always have something in common you are going to be busy too with graduation and party's and company I know its going to be a little mess!!!
TMO its the transportation (something) office" My DH has to schedule the moving people, I don't have to pack all of my stuff they do it for me the last couple of times they did I don't have any trouble they do a good job:D
Well Pam I see that today is legs I don't know why but I thought that it was plyo legs.... I did some yesterday but maybe 3 sets of 8 I don't think I can do a whole hour of it, but good I don't have that one its the one with the plates and tri-sets ok I can do that one but its going to be later this afternoon...when I get back... I'm sore from yesterday my quads so I imagine that tomorrow its going to be worse;):confused:

Did Step Blast today. Joey is babysitting Anthony for a few days.

Eunice, Oh how fun to go to Mexico. I find your homeland to be so friendly and fun! It was great visiting there.

I'm going to have to retrieve the fruit omelet recipe and make it tomorrow morning. It sounds and looks so good!:p

After a sweaty workout and no water to wash off. OMG! Do you finally have hot water now.:confused: You can always warm up a pot and sponge down. LOL. You are so funny! :D

Pam, Good job on disk 20. Not easy at all. I'm fairly certain you will be sore tomorrow. But, that's a good thing.

LOL, that is so funny, maybe I should check my shins next time to see if they are sweaty. LOL:D

I'm glad you are stretching with Cathe, and glad you are doing her stretch routines. You are doing great, just had to make sure from so many workouts, that you get your stretches in. I guess I'm doing the mom thing again. Sorry about that.:rolleyes:

You don't do your own slumping? I can't wait to see that sink!
