I posted a shout-out to you in another thread where you were answering a Power Tower question, but seeing as how I am NEVER online when you are, I thought pop in here to boost my chances of you seeing this. :)

I can't tear myself away from this screen because I am having way too much fun reading previews/reviews and playing with the new Workout Manager. You and Chris and WAY-not-dumb-at-all Josh ;) and the whole gang have done a magnificent job!!!

Change in Max Reps rof 1rm Calculation

Did the 1rm max reps change from 30 to 20 from the last WM to this one? I guess on these I'll retest with a heavier weight to make sure reps are below 20.
 
Workout Card ?

Just to let everyone know we still have the STS + Cardio rotations to upload. We wanted to get the site up first before we uploaded these. Currently, we have the strength only rotations for 3 and 6 months up. So more to come!

New Wm is BEAUTIFUL! thanks!!! Quick Question...I had printed out my first week of exercise cards before new WM ...Do I need to re-print or are they identical?

The new WM is very cool! Thank you for all your hard work. Now all I have left to do is stalk the UPS man on Friday.... :p
 
Couple problems with new Workout Manager

The new Workout Manager is really cool. I've had a few problems though in trying to enter my own rotation. Some of the STS disks are mislabeled in the menu, for instance Disks 4-6 are labeled M2-W2 and Disks 7-8 are labeled M3-W3 and they should be M1-W2 and M1-W3 respectively. This isn't really a problem once you figure out they're mislabeled, just a little something to fix later. However, when I try to add the the STS workouts to my routine using drag & drop from the menu on ther right to the days on the left I cannot drag the last 8 or so disks to Mondays or Tuesdays. I have to scroll down too far on the workout list and the days are scrolled off the screen. I've tried using a variety of ways to scroll back up without losing the chosen workout, but haven't been able to do it. I switched to a higher resolution to to squeeze everything in one screen, but it still doesn't fit. Is there a way to add workouts to days other than drag and drop? or does someone know how to scroll up while trying to drag a workout? Hope that makes sense....

Edited: I was able to add "fix" the problem by adding a few workouts to Monday from the top of the menu and then scrolling down. This brought Monday's list of workouts down low enough to drag the workouts from the end of the workout menu over. I then just deleted the other workouts. If someone has a better way though I'd be interested

Is it working yet? I can't seem to make it work even after reviewing the tutorial. Today is the 28, Wed.

SNM,

I'm really not computer savy, so what is "Browser Cache"? I tried again, and no, it isn't working yet for me. (Darn!):(

Once you pick the dvd , you then get the drop down box of premixes for that dvd. It is not a separate list of all premixes.
