Hardcore Fitness Maniacs OCTOBER 2018

This morning I did Fit Split Low Impact Timesaver Cardio, 27 minutes, 177 calories, heart rate average 132, max 169, met 5.9, 1,893 steps. I followed this with Fit Split Legs and Glutes only premix, 42 minutes, 218 calories, met 4.7, heart rate average 119, max 166, 2056 steps. I finished off with Coffey Fit Raw Stretch, 28 minutes, 62 calories, met 2.0. Total time was 97 minutes, 457 calories, 4,040 steps.
weights for lower body
deadlift 30# dbs 12 reps
squats 30# dbs 16 reps
rear lunge off step 15# dbs 8 reps some of these reps turn into a multi movement combo
forward diagonal lunge 15# dbs 16 reps
push dips off step 12# dbs 18 reps

cross back side lunge 15# dbs7,7,3,3,3,3,8 single,15 pulses
side slide lunge 15# dbs
elevated lunges 12# dbs (lots of pulses and ouch in my notes :) )
single leg deadlifts 25# db (single hand hold then goes to holding with both hands)

Roxie, nuts and a cheese stick are not much for an afternoon snack. That is nice that your husband cooks dinner for when you get home. I understand needing to move after sitting for hours on a device. Sorry you cut your finger last night. I am quite a klutz with knives and burning myself on the oven. I hope it wasn't too deep a cut.

Debbie, I have absolutely no problem streaming the Raw workouts. I use a Roku 3 hooked to my television. It is easy and I like that I can click on more info on the workouts. I see she has filmed another workout using a kettlebell. :) The only time I have had some problems is trying to use the air to stream from my tablet to the television. Also I was having problems with Cathe's streaming using an HDMI cable from my laptop, till I got a heavier, better HDMI cord than the little flimsy black one I was using. I have her channel on the Roku for when I am using it, but the newest workouts are not available on Roku for a month or two after she films them.

Belinda, good for you using some water bottles to do something. I never sleep well in hotels either.
 
How do you get Kelly and Cathe's channel on Roku? I have Roku on my TV in my workout room.
Debbie, I did a search for the VHX channel and set it up. I had to go to my computer and get the VHX channel and they send me a code to type in on the VHX channel that sets it up. I only have Raw on there so that is the only VHX streaming I have on it right now. For Cathe, I would have to go look at what I did to set it up. I had a bit of problem and they sent me an explanation. You won't just find Cathe on the Roku. I will see if I can find those instructions as I know I kept them just in case I needed them.

It is worth a try anyway. I tried with a Roku stick and it would not work for me so ended up getting a Roku 4 for downstairs and took the Roku 3 upstairs to use. I have two Roku sticks, one I got free when we purchased a pay channel so we could stream football games. I had to pay two months in advance. We cancelled that and Got Directv Now which we stream through our Roku player.
 
Today I did a total body workout, 4 rounds of the circuit, 12 reps per set. I ended with Pyramid Upper Biceps only. I forgot to start my Fitbit so I have no idea what my calorie burn was during my workout.

W Curls- 15's x 12

10# x 12

That's it!

Diane Sue - Thank you! I will check this out tonight. Right now I have my laptop hooked to my TV in my workout room with an HDMI cable. Not sure why it works with Youtube and everything else I've tried. Kelly's site just doesn't work consistently.

Diane Sue-that is all I have time for at work and sometimes I don’t even have time to eat it. We are suppose to get breaks but that never happens
 
Jolie, nice workout that you planned out :) I am sure you burned plenty of calories, you always do :)

Roxie, that is a shame that you don't get to take the breaks at work.

Debbie, I hope that it works out for you as I have no problems at all with the VHX channel and Roku. The only channel we have problems with, with the Roku is it drops out on Fox News on Directv Now, otherwise everything else on Directv Now works fine.
 
I went to Sprouts instead of Walmart because it is around the corner. Not the best place for baggies and paper goods though. I am not feeling real well. I bet it is the flu shot. They asked if I was over 60 before the gave it to me as they only had the higher dose left. Right now I feel sort of feverish and have a scratchy throat. Not a good thing as I have a busy non stop day tomorrow.
 
Diane Sue - I am on my Vimeo on Roku and found Coffeefit 30 minutes to Fitness but I can't find all her raw workout. Where are those on here? Do I have to go someplace else? When I search for coffeefit there are two streams out there but they're just advertisements. The RAW workouts aren't there.

Diane Sue-I work in a Walmart Pharmacy I am a Certified Technician and we do 300-500 scripts a day and are short staffed most of the time, I just need to figure out how to add protein to my snacks.
 
Roxie - VMX is Vimeo. At least that's what it said when i signed up for the code. What do you type in when you are in VHX to find the RAW workouts?
 
Ok thanks, i did search for VHX and it was out there so i need to get the passcode and will try iy later. Very confusing that when you search online for VHX it takes you to the Vimeo site. Thanks for the help!

Quick check in as I have to run to get ready for Grandparents day. I did X Train All Out Low Impact Hiit, heart rate average 138. max 166, met 6.1, 262 calories, 3,129 steps. I will check back later when I have a chance.
 
Yes, it is VHX which is vimeo. It is confusing. Aren't those codes for a limited time. I did it right away.
 
Just letting you know that I was able to get VHX working with the RAW workouts. I'm so excited! Thanks Diane Sue and Roxie for helping me with it! Can't wait to use it next week!!!
