Today I had brunch and game day with friends early and got in Cathe's Lite Cardio Party, 39 minutes, 256 calories, met 5.8, 3,823 steps, heart rate average 132, max 149. I then did Coffey Fit Raw Core Moves, 24 minutes, met 3.0, 79 calories, 240 steps, heart rate average 92, max 118. Total time was 63 minutes, calories burned 325, 4,063 steps. Now I need to clean house and find a present for my grandson as the birthday party is multiple family members this weekend. Also need to figure out more menu items and hit a store, but not today.
Doz, I looked for the user guide for lite and they said it would be put up once they get the On Demand set up for Lite. So, we have to wait. That is why I took the time to write down the moves for Pyramids yesterday. I will do the same when I do the Lower body portion as well. Unless I get a surprise and they get it up sooner. As usual you have to download the user guide and work sheets yourself.
Doreen, I hope you enjoy some free time in Las Vegas. I went out there with my daughter a few years ago when she had some medical conferences out there. I spent a lot of time just wandering around the hotel casino during the day. We went out at night.
Roxie, I am not very good at breakfast. I have my Lion's Mane coffee packet with cream in the morning and workout and shower. Sometimes after the workout I will eat an RX bar or Bulletproof collagen bar if I have somewhere to run to or am really hungry and later have lunch. Lunch may be mid afternoon which makes it easier to eat a lighter dinner. RX bars do have a lot of carbs(dates and nuts along with fat and protein) Bullet Proof is geared more for a Keto type nutrition plan that is high fat with the MCT oil.
Debbie, the Cardio Party workout is Low Impact. It has several rounds of boxing with what she called some high low which was more along the lines of low. The only workout there that is impact is the Bonus cardio crush step workout which you would probably not want to do. There is a user guide to print up, it is just not posted to download yet. I am looking forward to Kelly's new Raw Heavy bag workout that I think will be up this weekend sometime. The other one that is boxing and drills is fun. I hope that you get your Train Like A Contender (TLC) soon. I know which workout you mean that Tony Horton put out. I was not interested in it either. It looked more like Hiit Bootcamp or something and was shorter workouts? There is an overwhelming amount of bootcamp, and circuit type workouts out there. I do not mind weight circuits if they stay mostly strength. If I am needing to get both in quickly cardio weight circuits are nice, or an extra weight workout to make doing everything two times in a week a circuit is nice. I am mixed on the metabolic workouts as I do not care so much for the discomfort of doing upper and lower at the same time. I hate squat presses!! But, then I purchase them and do them at times. There are some that I do not get out often because they throw in way to much shoulder work along with lower instead of other things. I would be annoyed that I paid for Beach Body and there is not enough variety to choose from. It does not sound inviting.
Belinda, nice work on Lift again
Jolie, we have owned mostly Fords all of our lives and have had good luck with them. I could go through a hole list of them. Every once in awhile we have veered off for some car deal. Like my Chevy Spark which I had the problems with till they finally changed out the security module, which I kept telling them I had read about online as it seemed to be a problem with that car. It was under warranty and they kept trying to say it was because we had an after market GPS radio system installed. It worked fine for several months before the problem hit. No more problems though, but quite frustrating when I would get in the car and it would not start. No lights on the dash or anything. My last vehicle for myself was a Ford Escape. I really liked that one. I really kind of hated selling it. I had a custom made 3rd row seat made for it and installed with matching upholstery when I carted my grandchildren to and from school. I am a little sore today, but it is in my lower body and I think from the jumping and step yesterday along with Kelly's Raw legs and glutes finisher.
