Yesterday was disc 5 Legs with premix1 and today was disc 8 Hard Strikes premix3. Whew! With modifications of course. Not where I want to be yet, but getting there very slowly. Got ta make it safe for me, even if it's a bit too cautious. Hey, these workouts are awful long. I know, quit complaining.
Michelle, Hope you have sunshine soon, it can be so dreary when it's raining so much. Great job on you and Ripken walking. Also on disc 5 legs premix1. It's a good one, out of body experience is a good choice of words. LOL
I lost my eyebrows (they are now barely peach fuzz) the first time I plucked them at about 15 or 16. I don't know what happen, but I can relate. Getting older is not for the faint of heart.
Carly had this condition ever since she was a baby. She is now 14 and from what I've read about it, she will always be hairless. I think she has adjusted to it very well though. She has friends, good grades and she plays for the Seattle Symphony Orchestra playing the Cello, and of course very reserved. I'm so proud of her. Carly says she likes her portrait, it makes her look like Medusa. I'm glad that the story tellers out there portray Medusa as having a beautiful face.
ReneeP, Enjoy your snow if it's so rare. Great job on HS. I'm going to have to look up on the internet about gravity defyers.
Laura, I have missed you so MUCH! Great job on Chest, Back, and Shoulders and the core routine1 -planks, and enjoying it. It will take a little while for you to get back where you were, but the good thing is you have muscle memory. It won't tale long at all, I promise. Not like it did the first time you started with Cathe. I'm already feeling better results in my coming back to workouts. Yes!
Take care ladies, we have such a wonderful group of ladies here.
