ReneeP, I won't be going on the RT. Buying all her DVD's is enough for me. But, I hear it's is sooooooo fun! Tweaking is a good thing especially when it fits your lifestyle. Good for you! Great job on the variety of the exercise and your classes. Glad to see you doing yoga and having a rest day. For me yoga is intense and stretching would be in order then the rest of the day would relax. We all have our ways of fitting in our exercises and elongating our muscles as we see fit in a healthy way. Hmmm, I hope you didn't hurt yourself. Get some ice on those babies right away and take a couple days off, really. Yep, I love being back in the groove with a very important lesson learned.
ReneeP, I'm sorry for what you had to go through in life. I think you are doing so well. Just remember you didn't get overweight overnight so try not to lose it over night or quickly. Try to think of it this way. Eat the way you want to eat to be healthy for the rest of your life. So in doing it that way you don't have to be in a rush, it will come off. Don't worry be happy.
It will happen. Just one more thought. Try not to over indulge in the exercises. Meaning just do what is asked of you in the rotation and nothing more, and try not to double up, it's hard on ya, but understand wanting to catch up. I do it too, but know it's not a good idea so try really hard to do the rotation as is. I bet you will have lots of energy, maybe less aches and pains and maybe less headaches as well. Just something I've learned to do by trial and error.
Great job on your catch up, hope you don't do it all the time. Man I'm being bossy. I just don't want you to jeopardize what you've gained so far. I'm on your side and cheering you all the way. You know your body and what it can and can't do. You go girl!
