LOL Laura I was wondering LOL. I thought It must be a different type LOL. I am glad U r enjoying the yoga. I need to try n get back into that again.
I would love to get in on a challenge to lose 10 but I'm having hard time losing any .. I'd love to try. let's start soon maybe I need a. Kick in the pants.. I know its my eating that's the problem.

Yes I tried bike at y I loved it! Bit DH says we need to wait til we get remodeling done before I add another bill. He is right bit I'd LOVE to get a spin bike for verity!
Did u order the new DVDs? Man i did and HOPE I can do them. Excited to get them and wondering what music will b on them. I hope it isn't like the ones on LIS. I love The workouts 'but I like the music from bodymax2... and step blast sjp. I know it is hard to get but dang that is why I like cathe's workouts. Cross fingers!
 
My GERD is in check today and I'm feeling mighty fine! Have so much energy and want to do a cardio, but I really need a break because I'm only allowing myself one a week for awhile. Best take advantage of that. OOOOO! I'm feeling good!

ReneeP, I did the Split Lower Body. The surgery just got approved by the FDA and it's in for about 1/2 hour and out then only a 2-3 days before you feel yourself again. So much better than the other alternatives and soooooooo much less invasive. Awe Renee, we all have our own battles/war to fight and each and everyone of us do the best we can. Thank you for your prayers, that's sweet. Great job on running 4.5 miles. WOW! You go girl! Enjoy your rest tomorrow.

Renee, Missed you girl! It takes awhile to get back to normal. I think you are doing a great job. Your sissy keeps us apprised of you every so often. It's always nice to hear about you. O I do love the LIS Step Challenge too. Me too on the last step compo, all in good time though and we'll have it mastered someday. After another week of LIS I'll be doing 4 Day Split as well. Please check in and let me know how you are doing so I can expect things when it's my turn. TOWANDA!

Laura, O, O, May I get in the challenge of losing 10 pounds too by mid July?!!!!!!!!? I'll support you 100%!!!!! What yoga are you doing? Great job on Tuesday and congrats on your last Meso Cycle 1 back & triceps. YaHoo! Also for teaching your class and the bike ride. Great job on Wednesday's yoga training and a beginner gentle yoga class and total tone class. Phew is right! Also a great job on today's yoga on line class. Hmmmm, interesting. How do you do a yoga on line?

I've noticed on FB that some of you have Cathe discs showing. How do you do that?

Did AB today. OMOM! I kept up with Cathe on the weight but had to go higher with my body. For push ups I used my couch and placed my hands on it instead of the floor. Still got a really good workout. Love the sliding discs.

Janie that is awesome I was going to do AB. But chicken outta! Did CSS + step. I wont do that for a while ... LOL that is a good idea on the push ups. To get CD To show on FB you see on workout manager top right of the screen is FB Icon just click k it and as you do dvd and mark. In calander you did that dvd then it automatically shows on FB.

Jane I wlll look u up! Yes id love to have more fb friends, who love cathe. I did CSS plus step yesterday I joggged today. I'm sore from CSS for some reason. My foot still hurts some from C+w on Monday Garris. LOL

ReneeP, Great job on Css plus step and for yesterday's jog. Ice your foot or put heat on it or something to help with the pain.:(

Help all..
Today was more painting then I did lowmax. That One has always been fun. It was the first one I ever did of Cathe's LOL. I remember it was 8 months ago and I fell on my butt! It hurt for a week. I had the best time I had to try more of her DVD so that is when I got her basic step and body fusion then LIC. I have loved her every since.

How is everyone? I usually read the forums but not much going on today ..darn! Have good night all
 
Tonight was Turbo Barre. OMG There goes my butt.

ReneeP, What are you painting on? Great job on LowMax. I really like that one too. Cathe is amazing! I guess that's why we are all here. LOL:) My first Cathe experience was a shopping spree at a 2nd hand store. Saw Max. Intensity Strength and Cardo. They looked interesting and long, so I bought them. I use Cathe most often than anyone else.

Tonight was Low Impact Step Challenge #2 for 36 min. The choreography was so advanced that most of the time I ab libed it. However I did get a great sweat going so I think I did pretty good and had my heart rate up. From now on I'll do #4 it's less difficult but still intense and only a few min. shorter. Oh and I used a 6" step. Yeah! Soon I'll be using 8", at least I hope so.

Hi Janie I sent u a fb request. I had rest day yesterday and I have. Of decided what to do this evening I think I need to do weight but I need a little cardio to so I may do full body high reps or 4ds weights and add on SJP step section for cardio not sure or I may do a.circuit again. I love LICircuit and since I know it well I may b able to work harder burn more calories not sure yet. Whatrryou all's opinion?
I have done LIS challenge once it was boring to me ekkk I hate saying that. But I just missed the singing music please tell me Ehrenberg to. Duck before u throw a shoe. At me LOL. Good job doing that one. I may have to try again. Foot is started to bother me again. Prayers needed.

I LOVE LIC (Low Impact Circuit). I often do the premix step cardio which is a lot of fun! I also like LIS step challenge. Great choreography!! I've got the first 3 combo's but that 4th one is giving me fits. But I will get it, in time.

I'm on my second week of 4 Day Split. I did LIS, shoulders, calves and core last night. Found my groove and had a great time! Tonight is KickBox and heavy weights for legs. Yippy skippy!

Renee, if you like LIC, try Cardio Fusion. It combines LIC and BodyMax 2. Loads of fun! Definately will make you sweat buckets.

Janie, I bought the book by Loren Cordain...The Paleo Diet. I'm gonna read it and see if its something that is doable. It looks like it, at first glance, but we will see. I will let you know. You have done so well on it, maybe I will too.

I don't know if I will ever use an 8 inch step due to not wanting to risk knee injury. I crick and creek so much already. I wonder if I'll ever do the HiiT dvd again. So high impact, but again time will tell. I am definately feeling more and more like my old self.

Tonight was Low Impact Series CardioSuperSets - Cardio Supersets Express + Step OMG! It was one of the best I've done in a long time. It was like a carrot in front of me trying so hard to reach it but just couldn't quite do it. That's a perfect wrokout! So challenging yet not quite there. LOVED IT! My heart felt sometimes like it was coming right out of my chest. I guess I was anaerobic at times.

ReneeP, Got your friendship request. Yea! Whatever you do for exercise I think confusing the body is the best thing to do. It's OK, you'll get to love all the exercises, I promise. Just give them a chance. Or think of it this way, just do it because it will make your body feel better. Rotations are the best then you don't have to think about it so much. Usually what you don't like is what your body needs most anyway. Renee's suggestion on Cardio Fusion is a good idea. So sorry to hear about your foot hurting again. Gosh Darn it anyway! Prayers your way.

Sounds like you are having fun. Good for you. If you do the Paleo Diet be sure to tweak it to your liking. Just start the tweaking very slowly and see what it does. I add 1/2 c. of Steal Cut Oats to my protein breakfast and also add 1 T. of Greek Yogurt to my Afternoon meal. The rest is vitamins and Paleo through and through. It is a constrictive diet, but it works for me and my GERD. It's the only thing that works for it so, I really don't have a choice unless I want to suffer. I wish you well and good things happen to you. I may never use an 8" step to for the same reason, but I'm going to try it one day. I use to when I was a lot younger.:) 30/30 works really well for me, try it out a little and see. Just be cautious. Only do half of what they are doing at first and rest longer. See if that works. I love the sound of you feeling more like your old self. Yea!

Where is everyone? I sure hope everything is going okay with all of you.
I did kpc then legs and glut ankle weight premix. Then added the leg presses also. Had good time. My foot hurt some but the jumping didn't last all the way there were low impact moves to counter balance that. I was worried about it but turned out fine. I took Ann older friend to the store todaay. She is a recent widow now. So sad..I hate she is lonely and I hope her other friends whom r closer in age and been threw it visit? Her more. I seem to b at a loss of what to say to her now. She is so sweet and calls me often but at times I really don't know what to talk about. Love her heart....

Was a rest day for me. I needed it! Just two more days and I'm done with Low Impact Series. Yeah! Starting Sunday I will begin one month of The Four Day Split. I can't wait!

Janie today is rest day for me. I need it sore..I.like that ..like I said. Before my joints get sore first so happy to have sore muscle perhaps that means my Bone n joint are getting stronger.. whoo hoo!

Good job on Completing a Rotation I have hard time sticking to one. Did u lose any weight on this one? And I never saw 4 DS rotation. Sounds good! I may try it.
 
Tonight was LI Slide and Glide. I love this one too. I modified of course through out the workout, but I was impressed how much I kept up with Cathe and Crew. Wow What A Workout! Tomorrow is my last LI for awhile and decided to do the LISCSS Step Express workout I like so much.

, Hope you had a great rest day. Oh yes, when you exercise like you have been, how can they not help your bones and joints. Good for you! Oh yes, I'm losing weight so far throughout the 8 month rotation Cathe gave me.

I am back, finally. I was on business travel this week (Mobile, AL and New Orleans) and was so busy I just didn't have time to check in. I managed to get in a few days of exercise: Low Impact Challenge on Monday, Turbobarre on Tuesday, and Yoga Relax on Wednesday. Took a break on Thursday which was a long day. Came home and noticed there was a box sitting on the floor in the hallway. I was thinking it was a pharmacy-mail delivery order and wondering why DH didn't open it. Finally, DH said to me: you have a box from Washington State. And my first thought was: JANIE! What a wonderful surprise I had waiting for me.

Janie: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! It was so sweet of you to send me a little box of goodies and I started reading the book that you sent last night. I'll let you guess what workout I did yesterday. It was lots of fun.

ReneeP: Sorry to hear that your foot is acting up. Do you every try just soaking your feet in hot water or getting a pedicure with a good foot massage? It might help your foot relax a little. Stretching really helps alot as well. When I had plantars fasciitis, I used to point and flex my foot in bed before I got up every morning. Believe it or not, that really helped my foot NOT to hurt.

Sister: nice to see you checking in every once in a while. Thanks for the information that you email. I've got lots to read.
