Getting Our Licks In!

All I've got to say is, CTXSand Intervals was hard and sometimes I got confused with the step cues, but did it. You know of course, with modification.

Cindy, Are they making excuses not to do th soccer practice? Hmmmm. Wonder if they know practice is very important to win games. Glad the coach let Brodie practice with Lily's team and you kicking the ball around with him. You are such a good mom. Wow. Lucas must be getting bigger if you are digging out some old clothes of Bordie's. Glad you got a full nights sleep. Yea! Enjoy the weekend, sounds like fun.

Michelle, I did enjoy Kickbox and with this one I can feel is: what I put into it is what I got out of it. I gave it my all. I was a great workout. I got a shipping notice from Cathe today. I can't wait for the new DVD's!

Laura
, I hate what you have to go through, but so happy for you knowing how to deal with it. I'm so very proud of you, that you don't stay down forever and realize that's not where you want to be. I know now you are going to be OK and I'm breathing a sigh of relief. (Hugs to you my friend). Great job on the walk run combo, that is so cool. I do that often on the beach. It's like a little hiit workout, you know? Also great job on STS Back and Triceps. I know what you mean about Meso Cycle 1. However, it is (as you know) good for a strong foundation to handle all the weight lifting you will be doing later on. I'll be starting STS around Christmas time, starting with Meso 1 and building my foundation as strong as I can get it. Yes! Congratulations to your daughters 4 mins. shave from her last race.

Take care ladies,

Janie

Hi Ladies!

Sorry I've been MIA but work had me doing o/t for a few nights. No workouts. Saturday I did Athletic Training UB premix. Now I know why I never do this one. All of those boring knee ups on the step. I still managed to get through it but didn't like it at all. Today I'll be doing Body Box from Amy Bento Ross. Love this one. Hopefully I'll be receiving the new dvds from Cathe on Monday.

Janie Sis: Enjoy your beach walks w/Rolly. You've been rockin' your workouts. The weather here in NY is gorgeous.

Laura: I do enjoy Kelly Coffey-Meyers' workouts. Some of her weight training dvds emphasize the upper body too much & not enough on the lower body. Split Sessions is one of my favorites of hers. Her new one Trim Down looks great. She's solo in it & its a circuit. You might enjoy this one. She covers a lot in 30 min. You've been doing so well coping w/your stress. Remind yourself to do yoga 1x a week to destress. Rodney Yee has a dvd called Yoga for Relaxation & Stress Relief. It looks very good. Just a suggestion. Kudos to your daughter's race. That's awesome.

Michelle (Warrior): How has your pull up sessions been going? No doubt your body is tired between work & doing 2 workouts a day + the walk w/Ripken. How did you find Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred to be? Is it good?

Cindy: That's crazy that they cancelled Brodie's soccer practice. Don't they know how important it is for the kids to practice? Maybe the coach had something else going on & didn't want to be honest w/the parents. Who knows. It sounds like you'll be having a good weekend. Enjoy!

Off to do Body Box!

TTYT,
Kathy

Hi everyone

Yesterday I did a nice long leisurely bike ride with the girls....we found a link it up to a trail called the LOBO which links the town of Boulder to the town of Longmont! I am so excited we stumbled upon this as now I have a nice long but leisurely bike ride to check out!

Had a horrible night sleep or I should say sleepless night with a pounding headache, but I made myself do STS Legs anyway! I think sweating out some stuff and getting the blood flowing might help!

My daughter has Nutcracker Rehearsal today and I have my last session of a ten week divorce seminar that I have been doing tonight/

next week I might not check in but if yall could send me some good vibes because I will be dealing with lawyers and the divorce Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.....:(

The weather here is amazing rain storms. Very heavy at times like I've never seen. Yesterday was CTXPower Circuit and today is a rest day.

Kathy sis, I know how it goes when life can be so busy there is no time for workouts. Great job on Athletic Training UB prem. Glad to continued through even though you didn't like the workout. Good for you. Enjoy Amy today. I hope to receive Cathe's new DVD's sometime this week. Hoping anyway. It's nice to know someone is having good weather. LOL

Laura, Great job on the bike ride yesterday with the girls. Don't you just love a bike trail that links up that way? So cool. Oh No. So sorry you had a miserable night of not sleeping well. You are amazing doing STS Legs being so tired and with a headache. Wow. Impressive. Sweating out stuff works very well. Enjoy the Nutcracker Rehearsals, sounds like fun. I've never heard of a Divorce Seminar. Glad it's the last one, for your sake. Prayers, fingers and toes are crossed, vibes, hugs and anything else I can think of to get you through this ordeal. Stay in touch.

Take care ladies,

Janie

Hi Everyone!

Sunday I enjoyed myself w/Body Box. Stomach wasn't feeling too good but stomach hung in there for the whole workout. Felt lousy around dinner time. Luckily for me DS made dinner. :)

Janie Sis: Sorry that your having bad thunder storms. No beach time for you. What's on the agenda for you today?

Laura: I never heard of a Divorce Seminar. I bet your glad its almost over with. Sending prayers & good vibes for you this week. Your amazing to get through a leg workout of Cathe's w/a bad headache. Hope your feeling better. And the rehearsals for the Nutcracker sounds fun & also fun on your bike ride. I have a bike trail that connects all the towns for miles at a stretch. I just love it when you don't have to worry about traffic.

Waves to Cindy & Michelle!

Have a good day ladies,
Kathy

Overall this weekend was good but I was a hormonal mess (my body is still trying to regulate itself after Lucas) and cried a lot on Saturday. I've had no patience this past week and my drier died on me (luckily right after the diapers had dried) so I was improvising and hanging everything outside to dry. At least once I logically saw how it really wasn't that bad I pulled out of my funk and felt better the rest of the weekend. I got a ton done (not much of it exercise unfortunately) around the house and am caught up on most things. We are celebrating Lucas turning 1 this coming weekend so the cake it baked and in the freezer along with cookies for him to take to school. How did a year pass by already? My parents and the IL's are coming up for the party so I'll have to make sure things are ready around the house for company.

Lily did great at her soccer game on Sunday but the team they played was really bad. Their coach didn't show up and then one little girl is in Lily's class and pulled her hair during the game - she's not a nice girl from what Lily was telling me. While watching Lily's game Brodie's coach called to say they cancelled the game because they figured the storm would hit right as they were supposed to play. It didn't hit until at least 30 min into when the game would have been playing so they could have gotten a good 1/2 game in before calling. I'm really frustrated and am going to see how this week goes before saying anything.

I did get in my Hiit 40/20 workout in and tonight I plan to do Kickmax, I love that DVD.

Laura - It is the coaches call and I'm wondering if he's worried parents will feel he's pushing the kids too much to be in the elements. Mine were out with their rain gear on yesterday jumping in puddles while it was pouring, cold/bad weather doesn't mean no fun outside :) Great job on running/walking to burn off stress and good luck this week!

Janie - Hope you're staying dry, we've had a lot of rain too and I really enjoy when the sun peaks through here and there.

Kathy - Sorry you didn't like the knee ups - they are simple but good for nights I'm feeling zoned out a bit or am just tired. I usually just focus on counting at that point!

Cindy

Finished the September rotation yesterday and now I am in rotation limbo waiting for the new workouts, plus I need to check if Cathe posted an October rotation. I got my email notice that my workouts had been mailed on Saturday with an expected delivery date of today, so mayber when I get home tonight they will be there. But if not today, they will arrive sometime this week. All of a sudden my hips are super sore. Not sure why; probably just old age rearing its head yet another way. Today I did slide and guide and tomorrow I'm thinking maybe a couple of stretch max stretches. My body feels like it could use an active recovery week.

Big thing in this part of the U.S. is the pending government shutdown. Had staff meeting at Quantico this morning because tomorrow they might be shutting down (at least the civilians). Military will still work but will not get paid until Congress gets government moving again. Yes, that means that anyone in military uniform who is deployed in Afghanistan or elsewhere around the world will not be paid even though they continue to protect U.S. national security interests. IMHO, Congress should not be paid until they fix this mess.

Janie: yup, Step Intervals moves fast. It's fun but when you don't do it very often, which is my case, then you really have to pay attention.

Laura: I'm sorry to hear about the unpleasantness with your soon to be xDH, but so proud of your approach to the whole event. It sounds like you have moved on to the use of good coping mechanisms which has to be a good thing for you and the girls.

Cindy: I kind of laughed at myself when I was reading your post: when I read that your drier died, I though hair dryer vice clothes dryer. Shows where my priorities are--LOL! Kickmax is fun. Do you do the whole workout or one of the premixes.

Kathy: you haven't mentioned the elbow soreness lately--is that a sign of good things? I understand the having to work late scenario--that's why I do my workouts in the morning, otherwise I'd never get to exercise. Hope your schedule is better this week.

~michelle

UGH lost my post...

Today was my coach to 5k run, running longer now which feels good! Might do some abs later too...

First meeting with the lawyer went ok although she was just prepping me for the real thing so we will see...The divorce seminar is actually a good thing, it is a 10 week seminar that helps you to "rebuild" after divorce and provides a great container to share with others going through the same thing. They do a great job building community and providing support and resources. It has been a very positive experience for me during this time.

Michelle: a rest week can do wonders for the body and mind! I totally agree with you that congress should not get paid during a government shut down! Isn't it a wonderful feeling, almost like anticipating Christmas, to know that shiny new workouts are on their way to your home!

Cindy: hormones sure can wreak havoc on us can't they??? That is getting weird about the soccer coach and the weather, maybe he has a storm phobia<>I mean weather is just a part of outdoor sports, if it continues you will have to say something! Have a great party and soak up those younger years cause they are so precious!

Kathy are you and Janie sisters? Sorry you didn't feel good but great job sticking through to the bitter end.

Janie: storms can be so intense and powerful! THe past few years sure have made me really respect the power of the natural world, I hope it doesn't turn into anything to intense though/

Taking another day of rest. I truly don't know what to do next. Hmmmm. Better come up with something soon. The sun did peak through every now and again, but not enough to go to the beach. I did nothing today. I bought a DVD called Lastice and found it on Ebay for just over $7.00. Got a really good deal since it was $19.99 everywhere else. Bran new too. There was an enabler on OD and I fell for it. I'm excited to get it because all the reviews were very good. I can't wait to do it. "A one-hour stretch class created by Donna Flagg that teaches you how to articulate your body in ways that elongate muscles from end-to-end. Increase your flexibility and improve body awareness through this special mind/muscle connection". Sounds good to me. Should arrive about the time Cathe's DVD's will be here.

Kathy sis, Great job n Sunday's Body Box. Hope you feel better soon. You are better than me in that you did a workout. If I even have a touch of something I stop all activity. Very proud of you.

Cindy, It's not easy raising children and having all the energy also to clean them up there clothes, meals, dishes, cleaning the house... Glad you got out of your funk. I have those days too, and I don't have children to work for. More power to ya. Sounds like the birthday weekend will be fun. Just don't do it all alone, get someone to help you. It certainly sounds frustrating with the soccer team. Hmmm, I'm confused, why are they not playing when they should. I'd have already said something. Great job on Hiit 40/20 and the plan for Kickmax.

Michelle, Me too on finishing the Sept. Rotation. High Five to you and me. I'm at a loss what to do too. I'm suppose to get the new DVD's on the 4th but what to do now is the question. Hmmmm. I'm thinking about it. Great job on Slide and Glide today. Like the thought of an active recovery week. Sure won't hurt and I have gads of cardio DVD's. Hope your hips feel better soon. I can't believe there will be an actual shut down. None of this makes any since. Especially not paying people who are protecting us.

Laura, Oh no! I hate when our posts get lost... Great job on the 5k run.
After running the distance and still feeling like an ab work, then you are growing in fitness. Congratulations! I love it! I like that sound of a Divorce Seminar. Wish they had one in place when I needed it. I'm glad you can take advantage of it. Good for you! Actually I love the thunder, lightening and rain, but then again, I'm in a home, safe and sound. Big difference.

Take care ladies,

Janie

I was struggling for motivation last night once the kids were in bed. They exhausted me with a lot of fussing/whining (they were just tired) but I did get in 40 min of the 4DS kickbox, not quite what I planned but it worked and had me covered in sweat. Lucas didn't sleep well so I wound up on the couch with him from 1am on, hopefully he's not getting sick again. Since it's officially October I pulled all of the Halloween decorations out of storage and will start to get them put out - I love Halloween :)

Lily and Brodie have a fun run today at school to earn money for extracurricular activities, Brodie is aiming for 30 laps and wants to get the most out of everyone. He can do it too if he focuses. Lily is aiming for 10. I'm excited to hear how they do. Tonight I'm going to do muscle max.

Michelle - I usually do a premix, I don't typically have time to get the whole Kickmax workout in. I'm so thankful for premixes :) I wish it was my hair drier that died! Fingers crossed the parts arrive today and Dave can get it fixed tonight. I really dislike the feel of clothes that hang dry inside. I didn't see the October rotation this morning so I've planned out my own for this week. I hope I see my X10 DVD soon.

Laura - That's great you found a support group. Good luck today and stay strong! A storm phobia would explain the behavior, we better have practice today since it's supposed to be high 50's, but it did freeze this morning so who knows :)

Janie - Have you planned out what to do for exercise today? That stretch DVD sounds great, let me know what you think of it. I have issues with being a control freak with parties, I tend to take it all on myself. I need to learn to let others help but sometimes it stresses me even more. My mom knows to just take the kids and keep them entertained so I can get things done, it does help at least.

Hello Ladies!

My brand new dvds arrived last night!!! Of course I just had to break open Great Glutes & do the entire workout. Cathe does this one in segments using compound moves, stability ball, slide & glide discs & floor work. The last segment of pizza presses are definitely going to get you. There's a bonus chair segment. I loved this one & my legs are talking to me today. Next week I'll do the Extreme premix which has the bonus chair segment.

Tonight I'm going to try Party Rockin' Step #2. I'm scared to do #1 with all those turns. I also rec'd Kelly's Trim Down. I'm a happy camper.

Michelle & Janie Sis: I know how you feel when you finish up a rotation & your feeling in limbo. I tend to just stare at my dvds & keep wondering what to do. I'm sure you'll be receiving the new dvds soon. Janie that stretch workout sounds interesting. Let me know how it is once you've done it.

Michelle: I heard that the military will be paid even though there's a shut down. I hope that's true as my nephew, Danny is in Kuwait. He's a captain in the army. You've been cranking out so many workouts each day you deserve an active recovery week. I think after all the workouts you've done I would just relax in a bubble bath with a nice glass of wine. (wink) And my tennis elbow is getting better. I have less bad days now.

Cindy: Great job on 4DS Kickmax. Brodie wants to do 30 laps for the run! I'm impressed. And Lily w/10 laps. Kudos to your kids. That's wonderful. Muscle Max is one of my all time favorite workouts. Enjoy! Your like me in wanting to do everything yourself when it comes to parties. I just don't know how to ask for help. Hopefully you got the drier fixed. I'll have to pull out all of my Halloween decorations soon too. I must see that creepy movie The Conjuring around Halloween. I just love to watch a scary movie especially if its raining outside.

Laura: That's wonderful about your support group. From your posts it sounds like its helping you quite a bit to get through this trying time. And I'm sure it helps the girls too. And great job on your 5K run.

So--here in the DMV (DC, Virginia, Maryland), we are in the first day of the shutdown. I had to stop by Quantico this morning. All the civilians were still there securing their work sites and shutting down. The military thankfully will be paid. But lots of stuff is just not going to happen. Although my company works for the military, we are not a government agency, so we keep on working. But again, some things will just not happen without the federal civilians. For the sake of our country and all the people affected, I hope this does not last long. Don't have my new workouts yet--maybe today. Did stretches 1 and 2 from stretch max this morning. Sure felt good.

Kathy: thanks for the enthusiastic report on great glutes. My sister tried party rockin step last night--she thought she might have done better with it if she had previewed the whole workout. I looked at the online preview--lots of new steps in that one but should be fun once we learn it.

Cindy: school fun runs seem to be catching on. Our neighborhood elementary school is also having a fun run this week. No halloween decorations at my house. We give out candy but Christmas takes all my energy once a year. 4DS split kickbox is a fun workout. I think we all thank Cathe for providing us with so many premixes.

Janie: I'm with you in exercise limbo. Stretching is always good because we just don't do that enough. Not sure what I will do tomorrow. But I'm on leave the rest of the week so I can figure that out at my leisure!

My leave will be a mix of staycation and vacation. DH, Ripken, and I are headed to The Tides Inn in Irvington, VA for a few days (Chesapeake Bay Resort | Virginia Luxury Resorts | Tides Inn Luxury Resort in VA). It's about 15 minutes from my dear friend Janet's house. Sadly, as some of you know, Janet passed away about 18 months go after battling ocular melanoma for two years. Her birthday is this Friday and we will be joining her family to scatter her ashes over the Chesapeake Bay late Friday afternoon. The relaxing with my DH and sweet pup at The Tides. But first on my list of things to do tomorrow is going to the dentist for my six month cleaning. What fun.

Hope everyone is getting their licks in.
Michelle

Someone had mentioned recovery training until the Cathe workouts come, or until I can have access to them. I like the idea. Today Joey, Rolly and me interval walked/run on the beach for 45 min. Then another 30 min. looking at all the things around us. It was such a beautiful in-between storm day.

Cindy, Great job on the 40 min. of 4DS kickbox and the sweat fest it caused. Hope you get a good night rest tonight. I love looking at the Holiday stuff. Very comforting. How did the Brodie and Lily do on their fun run. Were their goals met? And how was MM?

Kathy sis, Oooo how lucky you are to receive the new DVD's. Great job on Great Glutes. It sounds so cool. I can't wait to do it too. Congrats on your leg DOM's. Did you get to do Pr step #2 and how was Kelly's Trim Down?

Michelle, Enjoy your leave. Wasn't the last shut down in the 68 or so? Wow. Glad the military will be paid. Great job on Stretch Max 1 & 2. Oh do have a wonderful time at the Resort, sounds heavenly. I'm so sorry about Janet. I remember your loss very well. It's so sad having to spread her ashes. I'll remember you and her family on Friday and say a prayer. (hugs)

Take care everyone,

Janie

The kids enjoyed the fun run but Brodie was disappointed he only got in 19 laps. I told him he did great (it is a different school from last year so the laps may be different). Lily says she did 93 laps, I think her counting skills were a bit off!

I was pressed for time last night so I only did half of MM and will do the other half tonight. I can definitely feel my muscles :) I started putting the Halloween decorations up and hope to finish that tonight and get things picked up around the house - that chore never seems to go away. Dave did get my drier fixed last night so I can get back to washing clothes.

Janie - Lucas slept all night so I'm feeling revived today, it's amazing what a good night of sleep will do :) Recovery is a great plan for right now - I'm wondering if there won't be a rotation this month with Cathe being busy with the new DVDs and losing her dad.

Michelle - That sounds like a great vacation, so glad you can take the time and relax. I'm sorry about the loss of your friend. It's great you get to be there to scatter her ashes.

Kathy - So glad you got to break in your new workout. How was Party Rockin Step? I am a bit of a baby at times with scary movies but I did watch Mama a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I didn't think it was really that scary :)

Hello Ladies!

Last night I did the warmup using the step to Party Rockin Step #2. Once Cathe got started on the actual combos I put the step aside. And its a good thing too. These combos have new & old familiar moves. I nailed every combo but it got a little tricky in combo #4 when Cathe said to do a full reverse turn. I had to stop & watch her in order to catch on. There are 6 combos in all & once she teaches all 6 Cathe then does the Finished Product. I was on choreo overload by then & stopped & just watched. LOL There are high impact intervals in between but nothing crazy + Cathe does a little recovery after each interval. Very well put together. The music ROCKS!! Cathe's clearly enjoying herself. She's very upbeat throughout. I'm planning on doing this one 1x a week until I'm sick of it. LOL

Tonight I was supposed to have my PT session but DH's car is acting up. It went into the station this morning. The other car DH has to use for his job. Re-scheduled PT for tomorrow. I want to look at Flex Train to see if there's an upper body premix. I hope so.

Janie: You had a great walk/run w/Joey & Rolly. When are you receiving the stretch dvd? I haven't previewed Kelly's Trim Down yet. But I hear its similar to Circuit Burn if you have that one. I'm just going to do Cathe's new ones first.

Cindy: The kids did great on their fun run. You did great w/MM. With the Halloween decorations up already now I always feel the rest of the holidays come at us fast. The last scary movie I saw was Insidious 2. Great movie. I'm glad you finally got some good sleep. You needed it. I believe Cathe stated in one of her threads that she would incorporate the new dvds in the November rotation.

Michelle: What a lovely place for you & DH to vacation at. I'm going to make a mental note of it for next year. Perhaps DH & I will stay there. Does your DH play golf? I love to golf. Enjoy your vacation. It was actually 17 years ago that the gov't. shut down. I'm so sorry to hear about your DF, Janet. Its sad that you'll be there for the scattering of her ashes but I know you would want to be there for this.

Laura: Wishing you well this week. You take care.

TTYT,
Kathy

Enjoyed my first day of vacation running errands, but still enjoyed myself. After sleeping an extra 30 minutes this morning, Ripken and I got up and walked, then I got ready to go the dentist and off I went for my 6 month cleaning. Clean bill of health on my teeth--always a good thing. Then to Talbots to take back a shirt that I ordered online; of course, I walked out with more than I took out. Then stopped at our local barbecue place in town to have lunch and brought some home for dinner. Came home and had to work a couple of hours finishing up revisions to a paper, then did IMAX3 intervals only premix. Did a little laundry, finished reading a book and zipped up to Walmart to buy necessities and get a prescription for DH. Tomorrow, I'm thinking I'll spend part of the day outside doing a little yard work, but what Cathe to do? I'm tempted to try Rockin Step 1, but from what sister and Kathy say, I think I need to preview the workout first.

Kathy: we don't golf but we do love going to the Tides. Usually, we go by boat and stay aboard at the marina. This will be the first time that we actually stay at the Inn. Just planning to relax and visit with friends who live in the area on Saturday. I just reread your post: you did Party Rockin step 2, not 1. They both look like fun to me. Back to too many Cathes and not enough time, I'm afraid.

Cindy: congrats to you and your little guy on getting a full night's sleep. Have your kids decided how they want to dress up for Halloween? Muscle Max is a great workout. Did you do a premix or just the first half.

Janie: I'm the one who is trying to do a recovery week, but my new Cathe dvds have arrived and the lure might be too strong for me to make it through the whole week without trying one or two of the new workouts. Haven't checked today to see if Cathe has posted an October rotation. Oh, and the last government shutdown was 17 years ago, Clinton adminstration, Newt Gingrich was Speaker of the House then.

Laura: sending positive wishes and warm thoughts your way. Stay positive and keep exercising.

Hi Ladies!

Last night I did Flex Train the entire workout. Your going to LOVE this one. Its mostly upper body & your muscles are going to BURN. Cathe does a few lower body exercises which are compound moves. The ab section at the end is a killer especially the last move. Music is pretty good. Didn't care too much for the 1st tune & she did butcher a Bee Gees tune but its all good.

Tonight's my PT session. No workout. I need the rest anyway. My body is achey all over.

Michelle: Glad you rec'd your new dvds. You have to try them. They're great. You ran some serious errands. Were you on a marathon? LOL Whenever I have to return an item I too buy more than I initially intended. Not to mention doing IMAX 3 intervals too? Wow. I bet you weren't happy about working for a couple of hours either. I didn't know you own a boat. My DH loves to fish. Hopefully when we're retired he can purchase a small fishing boat. Are you planning on indulging in some spa treatments? Is it next week your leaving for Tides? If you happen to try Party Rockin Step #1 let me know how you make out. I think that one is beyond me.

Waves to Janie Sis, Cindy & Laura.

TTYL,
Kathy

I got my DVDS!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

It is so exciting to get new Cathe DVD"S and although I won't do them for awhile I feel like a little kid!

So a little catching up...First big news is that I got a BIG break in my divorce on Tuesday! The new judge has ruled that my husband ( what should I call him?) to pay all my attorney fees to date which is $23,000 plus $5,000 to a financial expert who we need to figure out my husband's true earnings and worth, and $4,000 toward a PRE if we need one. This is a huge ruling in my favor and a big stress relief. It isn't over by a long shot and now the divorce is set for April 2014, so I have a long time in limbo ahead of me still....Also the depositions are cancelled/postponed for now which is another big relief. I did my Vocational Evaluation just now so I have that over with.

Exercise wise:
Monday was my run
Tuesday was my two classes at the Gilpin Rec Pilates and Cardio Burn
Wednesday was my last mess cycle 1 Chest Shoulders, and Biceps and I am thankful to be done with all those push-ups for awhile ( my shoulder was talking to me yesterday and not in a good way) and then I took a class on the Lindy-Hop Swing Dance which is a good workout!!

Today I am going to run and preview my new DVD's

Thanks for the positive thoughts everyone!

Kathy: sounds like you are flying through the new DVD"s! I hope PT goes well, one of my career options that I am considering is going to school to be a PTA assistant. I have been shadowing some PT's and it has been very interesting to watch. Enjoy your rest day

Michelle: I was curious if you had planned a vacation prior to the government shut down or if you are taking one now because of the shut down. I think you had said that your technically not a Government employe but you do work with the Military...I am glad to hear that they will still be paid....
