Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 9:30 am EST, we’ll be doing “Hip Hip Hooray, It’s PHA!” LIVE. This high-energy workout alternates between lower body and upper body exercises to keep the heart rate high from start to finish. PHA makes you stronger, increases your stamina, and gives a high calorie burn. What’s not to love !!

Equipment Needed:

A high step with 3 or 4 risers underneath
A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 10s -15s, but feel free to grab 20s too if you are feeling strong).
A fitness mat

Thanks ... did it have any cardio blasts added in, or a traditional PHA?
No cardio blasts. She did one lower body move with no weights on the two riser step. Repeater knees. And of course no equipment for push ups. Dumbbells used for everything else. First half used the step for lower body strength. Second half without.
