This high-energy workout alternates between lower body and upper body exercises to keep the heart rate high from start to finish. PHA makes you stronger, increases your stamina, and gives a high calorie burn. What’s not to love !!
Equipment Needed:
A high step with 3 or 4 risers underneath
A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 10s -15s, but feel free to grab 20s too if you are feeling strong).
