When looking for the best value in fitness DVDs do you only consider the price of each DVD? 10 DVDs for $99 is certainly a better deal than 5 DVDs for $99 right? Well, not necessarily.Here is why.

It's what is on a DVD that has value, not the actual DVD itself. A DVD with 30 mins of footage is not equal in value to a DVD with 90 mins of video. That's why we always do our best to give you things on our DVDs that most other companies don't. From special attention to quality and detail in our video productions to bonus footage, detailed chaptering and of course, Premixes!

The ICE series is no exception to our current quality lineup of workout videos. Most ICE videos come with about about 90 - 95 minutes of video, including a Bonus Muscle Meltdown, Bonus Blizzard Blast, Bonus Icy Core and everyone's favorite - PREMIXES!

In today's ICE update we thought we would share with you the premixes in Low Impact Sweat. This DVD will by far have the most premixes in the ICE series with a total of 24 premixes We normally like to keep premixes to under 10, but in this case all 24 premixes made sense to keep.

#9,#10, #14 and #15 are for me. A short cardio, short enough to warm up muscles for a good Pre-exhaustion, activation resulting in better ROM. This Rocks 4 sure. Cathe always deliver!

And to think people say that exercise is boring! They obviously don't have a Cathe collection with all the mind blowing options. They also say the hardest part is just showing up (when it comes to exercise that is). I find that the hardest part is choosing which workout I feel like doing!
