I've just completed todays 30min interval training at the gym on the treadmill and used the integrated HR monitor at the end of the session. The best I've managed to find is Optimum Nutrition's Whey Protein. Off the top of my head, I think it's got 23g protein, 3g carbs & 0g fat per serving - and it's cheap too. Mixes well with water and tastes great in double chocolate :)
