    Hi there Thanks for the reply To be honest, I did do some 1rm but on some of them the calculation meant I was using a weight that was too light! :( I will maybe go back and look at doing a few 1rm again, I guess I just think it´s o.k to use a weight that I can use till failure......

    Looking for a challenging cardio workout without a step

    o.m.g!!!!!!!!!! i feel very silly indeed (blush! :o) i was taking OFF 60% not adding! what an idiot! oh, now i´m really scared! wow, those weights are gonna be heavy!!!!!! but in the workout manager, i can´t see where it calculates the percentage. not that it matters, i can work them out myself!
