Hi there
Has Cathe ever considered doing a DVD using Spinning? I think it would be great, I have a bike at home that I use to music/TV and I have one or two DVDs (Mindy Mylrea) which isn´t bad, but there are VERY FEW on the market
Maybe one that involves circuits of Spinning/Weights!
