OUCH! I tried LBB for the first time yesterday. I'm on the road back from a LONG layoff :(. All I have to say is EEK! I didn't even use any weights and my legs are FRIED this morning. Sitting, walking, sleeping...all tough right now - but it feels GOOD!

I had the same reaction to the greek yogurt - the only way I eat it is by putting it in my protein shakes. Otherwise, I can't tolerate the tartness. I do find that the Chobani is less tart ... and I'm heading to Trader Joes this week to try their greek yogurt.
