    Oh I use to. Put the kids to bed at 8pm workout around 845pm. But that was long ago, and not they are either grown and out of the house, or an older teenager, so I can workout whenever.

    A thigh gap question

    I do think a lot of thigh gap is your hip structure. My youngest has it, and don't even try for it. One of my other daughters, who is actually thinner than my youngest, she doesn't have it. I didn't have it when I was 18% body fat.

    That is an awesome result. I tried IF but only for about 2 days several years ago. I really should read up on it, and maybe give it a go again. Maybe start slow and extend the fasting time as I go.

    Anyone do STS backwards?

    Meaning doing Meso 3 first, then Meso 2 and finish up with Meso 1. It would be more like doing a "bulk" like bodybuilders then do a "cut" I've been thinking of doing this starting in late fall, so I can "cut" in the late winter/early sping just in time for shorts season.
