Anyone do STS backwards?


Meaning doing Meso 3 first, then Meso 2 and finish up with Meso 1. It would be more like doing a "bulk" like bodybuilders then do a "cut"

I've been thinking of doing this starting in late fall, so I can "cut" in the late winter/early sping just in time for shorts season.


I've sort of done it - I did meso #1, #2, #3, #2, #1
Great, but quite a time commitment! I'm not so sure I would do it again, although it was fun to see my weights had gone up on re-visiting the earlier workouts.
