    I am just curious what ya'll eat after a good cardio workout? I have been doing Turbo fire and didn't buy the recovery drink. I am trying to lose 10 pounds and I know that after a workout is the best time to refuel. Any ideas?

    Tried Brazil Butt Lift "Bum Bum"

    I woke up this morning and my behind and hamstrings are so.... sore! Hurts in all the right spots. I haven't checked what workout I am doing today but wish me luck! I think it's high and tight. Sounds like I will be even more sore tomorrow from what ya'll are saying.

    I run into the same problem. I am chasing after two kiddo's all day and thought that was it but after reading this, I noticed that I am not eating as much protein OR drinking enough water either. Sounds like good ideas.

    The South Beach Diet really worked for my husband. He lost 35 pounds in 2 months and kept most of it off. He also said his stomach never felt better! The biggest thing about the diet is staying away from high GI foods (which are bad anyway). Take a look and see what you think. Good luck.

    ....Well, I am doing the original rotation and I forgot how much I love Pyramid upper and lower. The kickboxing I actually did Kenpo from P90X (my husband has been doing this). I will look at my DVD's and see what ones I can sub with.
