    I just finished this same disk a little while ago and thought I was gonna have to pause the DVD and go puke! It was much tougher than I anticipated. I'm scared for the remaining weeks! Wow!!

    Ditto with what some of the others have said. I did two rounds of the program back to back with incredible results. The muscle definition I got was amazing! I highly recommend it.

    calories burned during "Insanity" workouts..

    The month one workouts I burned anywhere from 350 to 400ish calories. Month two 400 to 600 calorie range.

    What workout did you do today?

    Happy Saturday molasses! Today I did an hour of kickboxing and then went on a 20 minute walk outside. Tonight I might do some core work and a stretch routine.

    I would have to agree with Regina. The recovery workouts aren't as tough either. You might be able to use the fit test as well with modifications.

    Just got my foam roller - OUCH!!

    I got one yesterday and tried it last night. I was surprised at how intense it was. I slept so hard that my alarm went off for a full minute before I heard it this morning.

    Bulky legs :(

    Thank you very much for posting the links to those other posts on this subject. My legs tend to bulk up as well. I'm halfway thru Meso 1 and I measured my legs at the start of it and plan to remeasure after Meso 1 to see if they've increased in size.
