Almost halfway through my 1st STS 3 month rotation!

I love STS! I haven't quite completed M2, W2 yet and can't get over my strength gains so far. I'm really starting to develop some guns in my biceps :p and finally starting to see some small differences on the scale.

Did I mention I love STS - LOL. If on the fence about buying the program, I say take advantage of the sale! I'm so glad that I finally made the investment.

I am a week away from completing meso 1 of the 6 month rotation. I am soooo excited to get started with meso 2!:)
 
Did I speak too soon!

I did Disk 17 today - OMG. I've never done a leg workout quite like this one. It really got my heart rate up there. At the time, I thought Cathe must have been trying to kill me. (Even laugh!)
 
Do you recall disc 9? THAT one darn near KILLED me! :eek: I'll have to remember your comment about disc 17 when I get to it. It's probably the Disc 9 of Meso 2! :eek::eek:
 
I just did disc 9 this morning. Those back to back plate exercises really get my HR up. And the one-legged deadlift with toes elevated! Skakey, shakey.

I'm doing the 5 1/2 month rotation this go around with STS and am loving it! This is my 4th time doing STS and it just gets better every time I do the program.

Looking forward to meso II.
 
4th Rotation

I'm doing the 5 1/2 month rotation this go around with STS and am loving it! This is my 4th time doing STS and it just gets better every time I do the program.

Since this is your 4th rotation, I'm wondering about maintaining the results after I finish? Do you continue to lift such heavy results with other workouts? How long of a rest until you start the rotation again? Do you recall if there was a thread on this the first time around? Any insight into "life after STS" would be appreciated.

I can't wait to start my 2nd round of STS. Trying to time it so I finish a little before the road trip in July. So I'll be starting up again in April. I absolutely love this program! 1000x better than P90X!!
 
I am starting week 2 of Meso 2 next week and so happy that I decided to make this purchase when during the recent sale. It has worked my muscles like no other. I am so surprised at the changes in my strength and definition. I can't wait to see what results I will experience at the end of the 3.5 month rotation.

My goal was strength gain and definition. I am extremely pleased!
 
Disk 17 - Oh my!

I did this disk two days ago and my calves are still screaming. Between the plates and the calve pumps, I can't believe how sore my calves got. I almost feel like it's the first time I've exercised in year! You know what they say, "no pain, no gain". I must be making huge gains :eek:
 
I'm doing Disc 17 legs tomorrow. Wow those plates always get me and then the next day I walk like a rode a horse. It's an awesome program. Gaining strenth and muscle definition. I agree, this program is soooo much better than P90X.:p
 
Disc 20?

I'm almost afraid of Disc 20 after 17, but I'll go for it! Last week, I did ALL the calve pumps with both legs since I don't balance that well and felt I'd get a better workout in if I just used both legs. That's what did me in...just too many calve pumps. I walked like a duck for 3 days :D
