Hi SNM- Do you think it is possible for Cathe to ever offer a free trial of Cathe Live? This sounds really great, but I'm not quite sure how my internet connection would handle it. I would like to give it a try, but am reluctant to sign up for that reason. Thanks for considering this.

Is there any way SNM can put up a sample or even the whole class, so some of us "on the fence" people can get a taste of what the class will be like?

Not sure if you have any interest in Step, but I have re-fallen in love with Athletic Step and I am really enjoying Party Rockin' Step 2.

I'm doing Cathe's January rotation. I took out all the Gym Styles and replaced them with STS Meso 2.

I was wondering if Cathe was going to do some kind of 30 minutes a day system. They seem to be really popular now.

I'm doing Cathe's January rotation, but I really wanted to do some STS. I decided to take out the Gym Styles in the rotation and replace them with Mesocycle 2.

Hi Cathe- hoped you enjoyed your holidays. I was just wondering if you wanted to share any ideas you have for filming this year. I am really curious what you have up your sleeve for 2014.

One more for you! It's in Burn Sets, Bicep and Tricep at the beginning of the tricep pushups. It is an instrumental in Burn Sets, but I think I have also heard it with vocals somewhere. too. Thanks for any help!
