    Can you do the mixed grip until your forearms fatigue and then switch to and double up on your single leg for the remaining sets? If you're looking for forearm strength, try S&H biceps. I did that last night and omg my forearms are still feeling it!!! :D

    I'm 5'2" and it took me 14 months to lose 45 pounds. I couldn't give weight loss my entire focus at that point since I had many life transitions during those months but I don't think I'm that focused anyway! That said, I haven't gained it back and it has been 7 years. I'd rather this way...

    Donating blood & your workout

    It used to be a week after donating whole blood before I felt right. (And I always beat my dad's time!) Now I donate platelets and it only takes one rest day since they replace the fluids they take out!
