I am travelling in the New Year and want to keep up some resistance training while I am away. I have several resistance bands, a stability ball to take with me and pump up when I get to my destination, and some xertubes of different strengths.
I can duplicate some of the exercises Cathe does with resistance bands and ball on my own, but I was wondering if anyone had a good book or resource loaded with exercises for the whole body using the tubes?
I've copied some down from what I found on youtube.com, but if anyone knows of another handy site or great book, please let me know?
