Has anyone ever taken ionic minerals? My temperature runs CONSISTENTLY low - we're talking never any higher than 97.5, and often in the 96 range. One of the trainers at my gym attended a seminar where the speaker related low body temp to slower metabolism and suggested one way (not the only way) to rev it up is by way of ingesting ionic minerals. Has anyone ever used them? I know nothing about them and need to reserach more. TIA
