Boot Camp (the original) core premix, 2 TIMES thru!

This has been my favorite ab/core workout for a while and I just did it on Sunday. Well, DOMS set in yesterday, but MUCH WORSE TODAY! Hurts so much that it made TODAY's ab/core work (B&G bonus ball abs) almost impossible to complete!

Try it.

p.s. just so I'm clear....I do the BC core only premix and repeat each segment before moving onto the next!!!
 
That sounds brutal.....but I might have to try it! Doesn't that one have a ton of oblique work?

I needed another ab workout for Thursday and this will now be the ONE! I've never done this premix before, much less twice! But hey, I'll give it a shot. :cool:

You are truly demented Gayle!!! :eek: I could use a good core overhaul though, so MAYBE I'll try it.

I may not do it twice through, but thanks for the reminder of a good core workout!

With so many workouts (and so many premixes on Cathe's), it's easy to forget or overlook some of the good ones.
 
Wow Gayle. You are my hero. I don't even think I would be capable of doing that premix 2x in a row your way or any other way!:eek:

I did the standing ab work from BBC the other day and STILL have major oblique DOMS from it!

bootcamp

i don't have bootcamp, but I identitfy with the aftermath of the workouts. Total pain but with the gain, not the weight, the overall benefits of a great workout. nothing beats that feeling after you done! You feel like youv'e accomplished something great!! And we did!!!!
 
I did two Ab Hits workouts yesterday and they were good but no DOMS for me today. I'm okay with that, but maybe now that you've reminded me about the BC core workout... :D and one of my favorites... the stability ball abs from B&G...

Well, I did this this morning and WOW! What a great ab workout. Especially doing it twice. Holy crap. I feel DOMS already.

I did it

I took your dare yesterday (fri) Gayle. I madeit through, wasn't sure at some points but I did. Forgot all about it until my stretch at the end of Gym style legs this morning. doing upward dog i said "ooohhh!!!! " felt those abs boy!!!
Thanks so much for the idea. I get my STS abs Monday - YEAH!!!! :D
