    Thanks for the response Cathe! I do remember many people talking about not wanting their picture included, etc, so I totally understand the decision. :) I'll see everybody in a few days will have fun getting to know everyone!

    Morning gang. I did HSC last eve and will do a BM2 cardio premix this morn. I have a high school graduation party today and will be doing some packing. I'm going to FLA on Wed and staying to Mon. Yippee! I'm so looking forward to it!

    Good morning! High step challenge is on the rotation for today. I think I will do it this evening instead of this morning. I slept in a little today. Everyone has plans later, so I'll have the house to myself. :) What does everyone have on tap for the weekend?

    Tammy, the scans are painless and take about 20 mins. Its actually kinda cool because you can see the results right away and I was able to get my own printout of the results. Do you have osteoporosis in your family? My mom had it pretty bad so my sisters and I come by it naturally.

    Did you think I fell off the face of the earth? ;) I'm just doing the healing thing - feeling much better. I did Step Moves and KPC abs today. I can still feel twinges in my rib are, but but better indeed! How is everyone?

    Good morning! Its nice that it is a short week! I'm still nursing my sore ribs along. It is much better, but I'm still being careful. Today was a rest day - I may do some cardio after work though.

    Carmen , that sounds wonderful! How is your weather? I completed ME this AM. I have to go light and I cant do pushups and over the head shoulder work pains me. There are lots of modification going on to avoid rib pain, but I did it! I feel like I'm back on track. I plan to repeat FF GRFS...

    Here we go. I'm trying some cardio. I think LIS as it is low impact. I have my ribs bound with an ace bandage so I am unable to wear my HRM. This should be interesting.
