Daily Check in for Weekend May 29, 30, 31

Good Saturday morning everyone! I slept in until 8 this morning!! I did a morning outdoor run using 21 min interval challenge from CC#7. Love that one.

Going to start the cleaning chores and hope to be done early to enjoy the weekend.

Carmen , that sounds wonderful! How is your weather?

I completed ME this AM. I have to go light and I cant do pushups and over the head shoulder work pains me. There are lots of modification going on to avoid rib pain, but I did it! I feel like I'm back on track. I plan to repeat FF GRFS rotation.

Good Morning !

I didn't find the check in yesterday somehow. But it was a "rest" day for me. Lots of yard work but no official workout.
This morning DH & I are going for a walk before it gets too hot .
Probably cleaning out the garage too, so I'll get plenty of exercise today , I'm sure !

Phyllis, did you go to the dr. about your rib ?? Sounds like you are still dealing with pain. :(

Friday - Tracie's G-Force for the Rebounder
Saturday - Seasun's SUS and Ab from TNS
Today - Tracey's Parts Series - Upper Body and Abs from both parts.

Having Inlaws over today for a cookout. Hopefully hitting the pool tomorrow.

Good Sunday to ya! Went to church this morning then hubby took me for breakfast at a little cuban restaurant here in town. 3 eggs, ham, cuban toast, and cuban coffee for $2.99. Best deal in town.

Doing Jillian's NMTZ then jumping into the pool.

Happy Memorial Day. Another outdoor run using CC #7 21 min run. Very, very hot already outside. I thought I was going to not make it.

Hope to jump in pool later. Steaks and salad planned for lunch/dinner.

Hi All!

Got back late yesterday. We had a nice weekend...the hotel is gorgeous! We went on a couple of hikes and I literally got eaten alive...have huge, itchy, red welts all over my body :confused:

This morning I did ETK and combined swing day with TGU day. I think that is how I will continue to do it so I can get a cardio workout in every other day.

Carmen ~ I LOVE the music in the first challenge of CC#7 :D Enjoy your steaks and salad today.

Phyllis ~ Is there anything a doctor could do for cracked ribs? Please take it easy.

Conni ~ Hope you had a wonderful weekend...did you get your pool time in?

Becky ~ I am learning to appreciate "functional" workout days....nice to change things up.
