Good morning ladies!! Today is KPC. I'm going to try to do the whole thing. I've been hitting it hard this week to make up for last week's indulgences. Cleaned up the eating past three or four days too.
So far I have done Kelly Coffey Meyer's 30 min. to Fitness-Weights a 31 min. full body premix. I am sitting here debating about doing a cardio, it is already hot and I am just not into it at the moment. Maybe I will stop and just do a really good cardio tomorrow, sigh. I hate days like this .

Ok, I did 14 min. of abs off the same workout DVD so now I feel better,LOL!!
