To Moms with 2+ kids.... how do you squeeze workouts in?

Do you have a double stroller? Maybe try taking them for walks to get your cardio in. For weights maybe try doing one body part per day to keep it to 15-20 minutes. You might just have to steal a few minutes whenever you can until the baby is a little older. Is your husband home on weekends...

    rotation purchase frustration....?

I would definitely recommend getting CTX if you can. I don't think it has a "dated" feel to it, and the workouts are all great! Lori

    Selling our home.

    >>I thought the typical commission was 3%?<< We moved from Albuquerque, NM to Omaha, NE a little over a year ago and the typical commission in both states is 6%. 3% would have been great! I would definitely go with someone who's personality you liked. That was key for us. Good luck...

    What to choose?

My favorites are Pyramids and Gym Styles. I have Pure Strength but I don't reach for it too often. Also, the upper body work in CTX is outstanding. I don't have Slow and Heavy so I can't comment on that one. Lori

    Most common baby names

Ruppie, I like the name Heidi for a girl. I put that one on my list but DH vetoed it! Lori

Good high impact bra for DD??

Another vote for the Enell. I'm a D-DD (when not pregnant) and it's by far the best I've used. Pricey but well worth the money. Lori

    Should I get CTX or RS/IMAX/MIC & PH/MIS/BM next?

I would go for CTX myself. I bought IMAX on VHS because I viewed the clip of RS and the choreography just seems too complex for me. I love the cardio in CTX (All Step is the only one I find kind of complicated) and the upper body and core work is great. Lori

    weights

I just listened to my body regarding weight training. I still did the same videos I had been (Pyramids, Pure Strength, Muscle Max, Gym Styles) that I did before I was pregnant. I took some time off from exercising the first trimester because of morning sickness, so when I returned to lifting I...

    What vehicle do you drive?

Add me to the list of people who drive minivans and said they never would! My first car (in 1988) was a 1976 Dodge Colt that my parents bought for $300. I loved that little car! Lori

    Frustrated with skincare

Not to sound like an infomercial, but I am also a huge fan of Paula's Choice products. I've been using her products since they launched and my face has never looked better. They have excellent customer service as well. Lori

HELP I can't put my baby down

Do you have one of those little chairs that vibrate? That was a Godsend when my DD was a baby. The swing was also great. Lori

    CTX Series or Timesaver

I have and like both for cardio, but the upper body work is MUCH BETTER on CTX. Lori

I'm considering adding an IMAX to my collection

The only IMAX I have is the first one, but I think the choreography on it is easier than Low Max (I'm a bit of a klutz). Lori

    How Long?

My Dr. advised me to be off the pill 3 months before trying. Went off the pill in May, started trying in September and got pregnant immediately. Good luck to you! Lori

Best shampoo for dry scalp or dandruff.

My DH uses Head & Shoulders and it works great for him. I think Neutrogena also makes some. Lori

    Self Magazine

I love Self! I've been a suscriber for about 5-6 years and I recently renewed for 3 more. But if you are looking for a magazine that focuses solely on Fitness, you probably won't like it. That is why I like it, because the focus isn't solely on fitness. Lori

    vericose veins

Linda, My newest issue of Self (April) had an article about the different treatments for veins. It sounds like they have made improvements in the effectiveness of the treatments and none sounded too painful to me. I've had vericose veins since high school and had sclerotherapy once. It...

New neighbor's dog pooping on our property!

I have the same problem as well and I think our neighbors are beyond rude! The sad part is they are usually outside when the dog is and they just don't seem to care. Lori

"One Exercise Best Attacks Belly Fat"

RE: I thought this comment was interesting: "The downside? Unlike walking or running on a treadmill, this is not something you can do in your basement unless you can afford to install a full gym." I'm not sure what they mean by "full gym", but all I have is a barbell and some dumbells in...

    Paula's Choice foundation

Robin-- You should have returned it, they have great customer service and are great about exchanges/refunds. BTW, what foundation did you try? I use the Natural Finish Oil-Absorbing Makeup SPF 15 and I really like it... Lori
