Thanks for posting this very interesting article. As if increased bone density, increased metabolism and muscle definition weren't reason enough, no wonder I feel so darned rightous after a good hard session of lifting!:)

Very interesting, thanks for sharing! I noted, however, that at the top of the page the article is on, there's a beer ad! Thought it was kinda' funny as if anything is going to go straight to your belly, it's beer! :)

I'm not sure what they mean by "full gym", but all I have is a barbell and some dumbells in my basement and they work just fine!
