    Calories burned on DVD and stats

    When I put in my DVD workout for the day, the calories burned seemed to be unbelivably large. And when I look at my stats compared to all stats, my calories burned seems way to high. Am I doing something wrong here?

    I never understood that either! I got some one pound gloves and I wear those for KPC and KickMax. Those do seem to tire out my arms a little bit more and I can at least rationalize wearing them. Regular gloves---no idea

    Hi Tami I would be surprised if Cathe has nutrition info other than to eat clean. She seems to stay away from making nutrition recommendations (actually very smart of her). But you might take a look at the new nutrition software. I think it has recommendations.

    What is MIC?

    Nspire-- I would do one of the all cardio drill max premixes , instead of just the straight through drill max. There are a couple of premixed that are good. I like the scrambled one and I like the one where you do everything twice (that is very challenging)
