I think you could sub DrillMax for MIC. Just remember, MIC is non-stop cardio while DM has strength segments between the cardio. If you are looking for all cardio, you could hop on a TM or elliptical during the strength segments. I've done that before. I heard there is a premix on DM where you do the cardio twice. Haven't tried that yet but sounds like a killer w/o.
