    Gym Style - I think I found my soulmate workout!

    I am doing a GS rotation right now and really enjoying it. I've owned all 3 DVDs since March, but just tried tried them for the first time three weeks ago. I'm loving the traditional lifting, especially after coming off a CLX rotation. Have fun!

    I always assumed it was just the style of the watch and had nothing to do with how the watch took measurements. But I'm just guessing.
