How is this program? Music good? Is it worth it? Can u lose weight/ and fat from it?
Cathe's 4 Day Split.
It has cardio and heavy strength both routines clock in at about 30 minutes each. You get your cardio and weights in 4 days vs 5 total days with CLX. It's safer IMO, cheaper (especially if you buy it now with the coupon codes from Cathe.com), and I'd be willing to bet you'd find it more enjoyable too. Part of my problem was a started with Cathe before going to CLX and I could not stand Chalene. Cathe she is not and she got on my nerves too quickly.
Just an idear to ponder....
-- Renee I forgot to mention Chalene does take some getting used too. I personally find her funny and very personable. I have a friend who says she gets on her last nerve. She sold the set with in a week.
I should mention also Chalene does not workout with you, she does not even count reps. You are on your own. She walks around chatting about this and that a lot! Her crew how ever is working with ya.
Like everything else it's a matter of taste. Lots to choose from and what works for you.
