Cathe Step workouts

Hello! I am fairly new to Cathe though I have accumulated a nice collection of her workouts over the past 5 months or so (18 DVDs). I bought one of her step workouts about 4-5 years ago because I heard she did the most intense step workouts out there. I was doing The Firm and Gin Miller workouts at the time and was looking for something more challenging. The choreography to the Cathe step workout I bought was so complex I didn't really get a decent workout because I was lost throughout most of it. The workouts I have recently been purchasing either don't have a step component in them or the step section is basic and athletic (which is just what I like--intense but no complex choreography)--To the Max, Cardio Supersets, Athletic Training. These workouts surprised me btw--I didn't expect such "doable" step choreography from Cathe.

That brings me to my question--I'm interested in getting more of Cathe's workouts that incorporate step. Which of Cathe's workouts that incorporate step routines (cardio workouts or cardio + strength workouts) have athletic step combos that are doable for people with 2 left feet. I don't want to waste my money on workouts with complex choreography, but so far I love every Cathe workout I own. Of her cardio workouts, I have all of her kickboxing ones, HIIT, Crossfire/To the Max, Cardio Core Circuit and Cardio Supersets.

Humm I know you don't want complex but she has a lind of beginning sep I like it getss you introduced to her style it gets heart up There.. not a lot but it will help you learn more. I don't think it is complex at all.
Called low impact step.

She is waring a red shirt in It is the first step dvd that pops up when you click on catagory of "step".

I think that her new video called To The Max will fit the bill. It has athletic step routines, plus it incorporates s little bit of weight work. It's awesome!

I think she said she has that one. Unless I Read it wrong. I have done that before lol.

Have you looked at the clips for Athletic Step? That sounds like it might be just what you're looking for. I didn't see that on your list of ones you have already.

Try Cathe's older step routines from the Power Max era. These are non-dancy and very athletic. If you don't get an excellent workout with these, then nothing will help you! Also, Body Max 2 might work and Intensity. The fact that they are intense means "high impact." The lower the impact, the greater likelihood of choreography rather than athleticism.

Avoid Rythmic Step, Step Blast and Step Moves. Anything else, you should be good to go.

Imax 2 is not as complex as some of her others to me. Athletic Step is fairly simple to me too. As someone else said, some her oldest step workouts have less complex choreography.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I went and watched the clips--the high step workouts look like the kind of simple but intense choreography I am looking for.

Drill Max!! I can not believe no one suggested Drill Max. Intense with step, but not complex. Check out the clips.
