Plyo Legs?

I see so many rave reviews of Plyo Legs on here that I want to try some of the workouts. I don't own STS, though, and I don't think I'm interested in purchasing the entire series. Can I buy one of the mesocycles and get all of the Plyo Legs workouts?

You can purchase the Plyo workouts in DVD format or in downloads.
In DVD, you have to buy the whole meso 3 workouts but if you buy the downloads you can choose only the ones you want.

Thank you for this information, Marta! It hadn't occurred to me to buy downloads because I always buy DVDs, but they seem like the perfect solution in this case! I just looked at a preview of the first Plyo Legs workout and it does look great. I'm off to download! Thanks again.
