    STS Download Question

I want to start STS from the beginning and use my IPhone so I can take it to the gym when it gets too cold to be in the garage. I only want to buy one (maybe two) Meso cycles right now (one and two). I don't see anywhere I can pay and download for the meso's individually, only all three...

STS Total Body or High Reps

I got Total Body for Xmas too! I like Total Body a lot, but of course I don't have High Reps to compare it to. Total Body is very challenging for me cardio wise and weight wise. Thought I was taking it too easy with the 65% IRM and I was just about too stiff to come down my stairs the next...

    Jai Rocks!

I've been a Jai fan from the beginning! Staring at her form in Drill Max is the only thing that gets me through it at times!

    Barefoot running

I love my Vibrams! I bought some in the spring knowing I would have to do a series of outdoor conditioning workouts as a black belt and I didn't want to be kicking and doing my forms in my clunky tennis shoes. The first few times I ran in them, I could hardly walk the next few days my lower...

anyone did not like the results for STS?

I second what Dela said. I just finished a 6 month STS rotation and saw great results. Please don't discount the importance of diet. I had to learn the hard way that most fat loss comes from eating right. I've also read some very interesting ideas about cardio lately that have caused me to...

    Favorite Pre Workout Snack?

Preworkout: If it's cardio, maybe just a bit of whey protein powder and a banana If it's weights, then usually 1/4 to 1/2 cup oats with 1 -3 egg whites I'll workout within one to 1.5 hours of eating. I find the oats help me feel full and energized even after weight training. Post...

    HIIT!!!!

I could have written this post - except I don't ski, I practice martial arts and I can honestly say, out of a dozen adults (10 young men) I have the best endurance (and maybe agility) and I owe it to doing Cathe's Hiit workouts.

    Resistance bands?

I lucked out and found a set of 2 on the cheap at Marshall's for $9. They are the Stott Pilates ones and they are at least 6 feet long and work great. They even came with a dvd.

    The 'Skinny B#@ch Diet"

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one put off by that book! My guy friend has sworn off meat and dairy because of it, but I couldn't get past the obnoxious tone of the writing.

It's not all in your mind, but...

Love it! I was trying to explain this to my mom who doesn't do fitness. My mind is definitely my biggest enemy while running. Unfortunately where I run most is full of hills which makes my mental suffering worse. Your race is gonna be great!

    STS at the gym?

This sounds great! I need an ipod though. The STS guide would work, but I'd rather have the visual guidance.

    STS at the gym?

I may be able to get a discounted membership at a local gym. Anyone do STS at the gym vs at home?

    STS CHECK IN ....DISC 6

I'm getting ready to do disc 6 for the second time (6 month rotation) and I'm looking forward to it. I absolutely LOVE this workout! This one I'm tagging for stand alone leg workouts for future purposes. Thought I was glad to see those sequential front kicks gone, until I did the sit n stands!

So sad my dog won't stop biting!

Jeez...first of all (((((hugs)))) I have a german shephard/siberian husky mix that just turned one year old. I thought her first 9 months would be the end of me, but she's turned out okay. I missed your first thread about her behavior so I can't comment on that. When my Scout starts to...
