STS CHECK IN ....DISC 6

I'm getting ready to do disc 6 for the second time (6 month rotation) and I'm looking forward to it. I absolutely LOVE this workout! This one I'm tagging for stand alone leg workouts for future purposes. Thought I was glad to see those sequential front kicks gone, until I did the sit n stands!
 
Good Luck Veronica! My hiney still has DOMS right in the middle part, everytime I flex my butt or shift in my seat I can feel it. This is definatley a great stand alone leg workout.
