    ICE Rotations Now In the Workout Manager

    I only see ICE / Ripped with Hiit under the Rotations section of the WM. I deleted history and cleared cached files as recommended.

    There was a post on Cathe's Facebook page that all ICE rotations are in Workout Manager. I only see one, ICE / Ripped with HiiT under the rotations tab. Am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks

    Question about 100 rep challenge

    If this has been addressed before, just point me in the right direction to find the answer. Has Cathe recommended how to work in the 100 rep challenges into the 90 day program? I'm doing the 30 day strength and cardio rotation now and will start the 90 day in February.

    BE BACK IN A BIT

    I am so excited to get started with the 30 day strength/cardio rotation. I started today and loved it. I also did SuperCuts yesterday and I feel stronger already. Cathe, thank for yet another superbly done program. I went to grade school with Al, so funny to see him in one of your videos...

    Add New Rotations for Download to Calendar

    If you are adding it to your calendar, the entire rotation shows up. Or you can scroll through the weeks at the top left corner of the Download page by putting the week number in the box. Hope that helps.

    Can you add the new rotations to the Downloads on Workout Manager. Much easier to download the entire rotation instead of adding each individual workout. I am presently doing the 30 day cardio/strength. Thanks
