Question for anyone that has an xTrain manual

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year. I left my xTrain manual at work yesterday and want to start the 30 day rotation today. Can someone let me know which workout I need to do.

Hi Lina,

If you are doing the 30 day Cardio + Strength, then you start out with All Out Low Impact Hiit: Premix 2 - Low Impact Hiit + Burn Set Chest. 53 mins

If you are doing the 30 day Undulating w/ Ride you start with Burn Sets: Chest, Back and Shoulders. 50 mins
