Hi Everyone and Happy New Year.
I left my xTrain manual at work yesterday and I want to start the 30 day rotation today. Can someone let me know which workout I should do today. Not getting started til 9:00 a.m. so hopefully someone will see this.

I'm not sure which 30 day program, but for cardio & strenght, it is All out low impact Hiit premix 4 Hiit + burn set. For the 30 day with ride for Thursday, it is Ride only. Hope this helps.
