Hard Strikes kickboxing today.
The first Hiit, and lower body of high reps.
Frank bought me a new heart rate monitor from Ebay, the Polar FT4 in pink/purple. I am getting it on Monday, May 2nd.
Kickboxing and Lower Body
Very warm in here for March, and it is already 77 in here. I can't do cardio, but I will do my lower body. Hopefully, it will cool off.
Upper body yesterday. My back is hurting so I did not do cardio. I hope I will get some painkillers soon.
only did bi's and tri's today and feel out of shape.
My shower and bath will not be fixed until the 13th. I can only do weights now.
