- I gave up on Powerstrike, too slow for me, and I do Cathe mainly and some Christi Taylor.
- My Fitness Goals
- When my beautiful son, Billy, was in the hospital, I started losing weight, until, after two months, I had lost about 30 pounds. I wasn't even working out, and I still lost; I think it is called the Stress Diet, and I don't recommend it for anybody.
- My Success Story
- My body max index has been 20 for the last three years, and I am very happy about that. I am also tired of people telling me I am too thin. I still wear a size 0 to 3, but please remember I am very short, only 5'1'. My body mass index is not 18 or 19. I am finding it almost impossible to gain weight.
