Hi Ladies -
Melissa - I'm beggining to think the same way as you - perhaps this plan is not really geared towards those who have less to lose. That's why I asked what everyone's weight loss goals are. You mentioned Spark People last week, so I signed up, but found it a little frustrating to use. Many of the foods I eat I would have to enter manually. I guess when I went on there I just didn't have the time to put into it, so I wasn't too thrilled with it. Maybe I'll try it again when I have more time.
I was wondering if anyone has tried Cathe's nutrition program. I'm wondering if that would be worth looking into. I don't know why I can't do this myself - you hear a lot of talk about intuitive eating etc., but I don't quite feel I can trust myself. Maybe that's because of always being on WW and coming to rely on the ease of tracking.
Anyways, am I making sense? Its Monday, I have a wicked headache, and I'm tired, so I don't know if I'm making sense here.
Some good news, even though I was up on the scale a little, I had to take in a jacket because it was too big. I felt really great about doing that yesterday.
Well, here's my menu:
B: oatmeal, flax seed, yogurt, blueberries
S: FINN Crisp bread with cream cheese, apple
L: 1/2 cup chickpeas, salad, 2 slices of turkey bacon
S: raw veggies, apple, hot chocolate
D: Balsamic chicken, 1 cup whole wheat pasta, cauliflower
I did Kickmax this morning for 8 APs. I was really proud of myself to get through all those blasts at the end. Those tuck jump things at the very end normally kill me, but today I was like "that's it? its over?" LOL. Of course, I was glad it was over.
